Toby Carvery in Wirral

The food here was very very good! Got loads of meat on the carvery, m6 plate was full and it was all delicious! The staff where also very friendly and helpful! Thank you to all the staff your service is excellent!

Visited today, quiet busy and long waits in line for carvery deck. Servers rushed and often felt forgotten mean only got asked if everything was OK once not the usual 50 millions times. To be fair they were many 50% off vouchers which increased the footfall for the business but felt it was slightly mismanaged. Carver often disappeared leaving many to wait till he turns. Apologies were given by all and thier advertising for kitchen staff may explain why carver was possibly doing many jobs at once.

Going to a carvery as a vegan isn’t always a great experience but from start to finish it was great. The menu was good, the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and Callum who was behind the carvery was excellent, sorted my food separately, got me some cauliflower without cheese and told me exactly what I could and couldn’t have. A brilliant experience 10/10

Ordered online, quick pick up. Collected on time. We were given additional pigs in blankets. However the meat was left off our order. I rang, lovely lady on till spoke to the kitchen who said the meat was put on.....This was inaccurate. There was no meat and I was given a full refund which was good. However, I was angry the chef disputed this but once the meal is home its difficult to prove. Due to packaging it is difficult to check before you leave. Would not order from here again. The veg and gravy was good, and I accept people make mistakes but the chef made me feel like a fraud.

Brilliant venue, lovely staff. Only downside was there was no breakfast gravy (been to a few for breakfast and they never seem to have it no more).Food was on point and the coffee was piping hot as usual!

We travelled up from mid wales to my brothers funeral staff were lovely.. Cleanliness was fab.. Good was amazing.. Worthy of more than 5 stars.

Good quality and service. Nearby Country Park and beach is also few minutes drive. Giving 4 stars as Parking sometimes gets full during weekends. Weekdays parking charges apply so check.

Requested a table for a special birthday and already told them there were 3 children and a disabled person. They allocated us seating upstairs, so when we said we couldn't have the disabled guest upstairs they put in on 3 separate tables on the other side of the bar which you had a pay up front for. In total it was for 13 people, we won't be rushing back again.*the food was nice and fresh,they were clearly understaffed but polite but it was poor execution.

Went to breakfast with Santa. Got there at 10.30 and there was very limited choice of food available. One of our party was a 3 week old baby, we just wanted to take a photo of him with Santa but we had to pay for a full breakfast for him, shame they didn't have cow and gate on the menu

My first carvery in almost two years due to Covid, and this was my first visit to TC Arrowe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I had a king size carvery, and I put as much food on my plate as possible. We both enjoyed our meals, and my girlfriend had room for crumble and custard (I was too full). We'll be back
