Wingbox in Wirral

My friend describes this place as an abusive relationship where he is treated awfully but he will still come back. He waits for hours every weekend for his order to the point where it has turned into a running joke with my social circle and we are trying to wean him off ordering from them again. Please dont deliver to him anymore. For his sake.Food good though when it comes

Sorry guys but you’ve completely lost my business. Your foods good but is it really worth the 2 hour wait? There’s 2 issues, you don’t give realistic delivery times and then give big delay’s, +30mins and then Another +10-15mins still on top... sort your deliveries out, get a better system. Do something cos your loosing customers over a problem that can be easily fixed. Won’t order again until they sort deliveries out.

This place is an absolute horror show. The foods ok, but I’ve now ordered twice and the foods arrived cold on both occasions and there deliveries have both gone from 1 hours wait to 1h 30mins!!!! Not worth the money or wait for mediocre warm food....

Had the boneless wings and a wrap spicy bbq and the 911 flavour. Don't know what they do to the chicken but it was fu***** magical. Bang on

Ordered for delivery at 730pm on Saturday night. Called at 830pm to see how long it would be. Told 5 minutes. Called at 8.50pm to be told they had lost the order and hadn't cooked it. No food. Appalling service and they completely lied to us. Will never use them again.

The food is ok but for what it is I feel it's over priced. It is on occasion far to salty. and they have missed things of orders regularly.

Such a shame.I've ordered from this takeaway about three times. First time was spot on, couldn't argue with it. Second time, the food was a a bit later by about half an hour so all in all we waited about an hour and 20 mins. The food was tasty, but it was warm and disappointing. As of this moment, I am currently waiting for my take away which I ordered via just eat about 1 hour + 45 mins ago. Seem's like it's beginner's luck. Displeased.

Ordered six nuggets and chips and it only came with five.. most places would have thrown one in the frier and said sorry.. these guys gave me another six nuggets for free the legends. Also the food is really nice. Would defo recommend!

I went to wingbox in Hoylake today because it was recommended by a friend. The quality of the chicken was amazing and the baconised fries were to die for. The only thing i can fault is the waiting time but i understand because it was a saturday night. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Every time I've ordered, takeaway or delivery, the service is always 100% , about time we had a takeaway that makes you delicious scrumptious chicken, anyone out their get the order inn 💯♨️
