Burger King in Wyre

the worst burger king service in the whole of the UK. you pay for large and you get small… disgusting

Ate here yesterday. It was clear from looking at my chicken royal it had either been warmed up or been sat for a very long time, it was hard and I ended up leaving half. Since then I have developed food poisoning. Will never been ordering from here again

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!I don't often eat at a Burger King, but after eating a warmed up whopper here and vomiting it back up the following morning, I'll never eat at another one again

Such a terrible place we stopped for lunch. Took more than half an hour to get our food in fast food chain. Missed my whole kids mealbox. Had to go back to get it and later realised that theres no kids drink at all. Again had to return back to claim my missing item. Not friendly staff. No sorry but with grumpy face as I am asking for free. Pathetic!

Terrible service and food.Chips were cold Chiken Royal reheated so overcooked. Took food back and complained, the member of staff didnt even apologise he said it will be about 3 min and walked off. The other staff member was sat on the counter at the back. This was very disapointing.We had to go back for the fresh food as no one brought it over and he just handed it to me and never said a word. Just rude.

Slow and VERY EXPENSIVE. Often missing items from the order or ingredients in a burger. Food is regularly luke warm. Dining area is messy with food on the floor and dirty tables. Need to remember to bypass Lancaster services next time.

Worst Burger King I have ever visited. Terribly slow service, over 20 minutes wait and food was cold. Disgustingly dirty, all tables were filthy, floors were covered with food and bins were overflowing. Even after asking staff to clean the tables, noone bothered. No salt and no mayonnaise.

Almost a half an hour wait for two meals and when we got them, the majority of stuff wasn’t what we ordered. The tables were unclean, customers having to ask for equipment to clean tables themselves... Pretty shambolic to be honest, coming from someone who’s worked in food service before.

Very busy place. Only 1 guy serving and rushed off his feet. Need more staff surely during lunch time. Can pay in cash or card & the app works here to, which helps keep the price down.
