Friendly staff and lovely coffee and nice cakes

Just a quick review to say that Craig who works here is such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Incredibly generous and sweet! Thanks Craig for helping me with my sandwich and thank you for making my day! xox

There’s not a very nice man in there think his name is Phil , he’s quite rude to customers, i sat down with my coffee to take a sip and the milk was quite sour , I went and asked him if he could change and he then took a drink off the milk and said I’m front of everyone ‘it’s ok to me “ , I said well I wouldn’t make it up , but he seemed to want to argue and let himself be heard , he did eventually change it , but been in again today and heard him talking to customers like they where something he stepped in , I was waiting for my coffee to hear the poor customer say “ he shouldn’t talk to you like that “ , it seems he hasn’t got much customer service skills , and for that reason I will he looking to see if he’s working I won’t go in , the rest of the staff are really helpful and kind and go out of there way to help u

They way they take orders then set up the order for the Barista is very slow and is causing long ques in a very small space

Great coffee, friendly staff plus disabled toilets, all clean and ship shape...

I couldn't do the job that the barristas do; I suppose they acclimatize to the job. They look so busy with no time for reflection or anything

I was served by Georgie (if I read their badge right!) and they were an absolute angel. Fantastic customer service, a real credit to the team :) And the strawberry infusion was really good!
