Conveniently located in a close proximity to the promenade, open early hours. Friendly and accommodating staff. Has a seatings in and outside. Recommended!

I don't think the person taking my order knew what customer service was, she wasn't very friendly, appeared disinterested and I almost felt like I was a nuisance to her.Although the tables in the cafe were clean some of the chairs looked shabby and in need replacement or at least a good clean/vacuum.The coffee was good.

Thus place is very exaltation and the staff are very helpful and also the food and all the different coffee they do in Costa coffee place in cleveles are very nice. Me recommend this place in cleveles.

Full of lazy staff who like to close early, so say "only take out service 🙄 now" when you're in a queue to be served. Will not be going again.

Visited twice this week and was put of by all the fly's on cakes, I did say something on my first visit but obviously didn't take any notice

The staff are very friendly, great service and good choice of food and drinks. The christmas blackforrest hot chocolate is delicious. It's fairly expensive but the quality is good. Seating can be fairly limited. There is plenty of outdoor seating though not too comfortable at this time of year. Will definitely go again.
