Courtfield in Wyre

I visited 12 recently and tried the set menu as recommended by Michelin. The soufflé starter was accurately distributed by my wife as scrambled egg. The breast of chicken main course was acceptable but the sauce and accompanying garnish was bland and lacking flavour while the sweet was agreeable.All in all I’m amazed Michelin are attaching their name to it.

Really excellent food.... bit slow with the drinks service but they were quite busy. The live band was a lovely way to end the evening so all in all, a great night at a great place!

Got to the restaurant abit late but they still kept our table. Had the 3 course Sunday dinner the food was absolutely amazing one of the best Sunday dinners I have eaten. The service was also amazing very freindly warming atmosphere would definitely recommended this place.

We had a lovely experience at Twelve on Sunday. We went because they are catering for our daughter’s wedding next year and they had invited all four of us for a tasting. The food was superb and the service and attention to detail were excellent, especially the ability to cope with all the various dietary requirements. Our daughter and future son-in-law have made some great choices and we are looking forward to meeting the staff from Twelve again on the day! Thank you Aaron for looking after us so well. 😊

We drove more than an hour away to try this place. At first, we struggled to find parking, but the service was what you would like in any restaurant. It was exceptional. The food was delicious. The main courses seemed shockingly small, however they were surprisingly filling. We were also fortunate to have a booth-like seating area, with a bit more privacy. Throughout, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm. It was not too crowded (but our visit was during opening time and a weekday). There is warm lighting throughout; modern decor with some famous faces and, fitting background music. We really enjoyed our visit. We left quite content. Thank you.

Food in this place is amazing in both quality of the preparation and the way it's arranged. True mastery. If I am ever in the area again - can't wait to try other dishes. Good selection of cocktails and nice wine list too.

Omg this IS an awesome dining experience, it's a must if you're a foodie!!!From entering this restaurant to leaving the staff, service and food have been exceptionally good. It was my first time here but it won't be my last. I had chicken liver parfait with orange marmalade and gingerbread, then Bowland Beef fillet with cottage pie tart and orange ketchup, with a side of chargrilled vegetables and mash, then banana butty 2021 with a biscoff shake (apparently their signature dessert). My friend opted for treacle seared salmon, then 3 cuts of Bowland Beef, peppercorn sauce, black garlic puree with same vegetables and mash, then Parma violet meringue, biscoff panacotta with strawberries plus a lovely bottle of merlot with the meal... The decor is modern with a steam punk twist, dining tables and chairs plus padded leather booths. You could choose one of their many cocktails from the menu or wine and spirits. There is no rush here, just relax and enjoy your meal and the ambience...

This is an exceptional restaurant located in Thornton-Cleveleys, well worth a drive out, absolutely phenomenal food! Great atmosphere, amazing service, could not fault it at all. Their COID-19 policies are robust, and you are made to feel extremely welcome, but also protected. There is an outside and bar area as well as a contemporary restaurant. This is not a standard restaurant; each dish is carefully created it is A LA CARTE and therefore you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend to anyone who has good taste in food and is not expecting to pay for restaurant “chain” food.

Great restaurant with fantastic food. The staff here really go the extra mile and make the dining experience one to remember - fantastic customer service! The menu is varied and you will certainly find something to tempt the taste buds whilst staying away from standard fare. This place is definitely one to try.

Absolutely exceptional food, the service is amazing and the food portions are just right. The meat is all cooked to perfection with the slow cooked lamb melting in the mouth. The limited menu is amazing and shows that th chefs take care and pride in the menus they create to ensure they are seasonal. Phenomenal food for a superb price.
