A very nice place to stay friendly staff bar was great rooms were comfortable the only gripe I have was about the full english breakfast it was not enough .

Friendly staff but food needs improvement. Needs to have home cooked chips not horrible oven chips for the prices charged. Steak and kidney pudding was lovely no sogginess but the rice pudding did not taste home made.

Alas it's not worth the £85 for a double I paid, B&B. It's very noisy - everyone can be heard, from doors and footsteps, to voices in the next room.Decor is old, and of a poor standard. Shower took over 4 minutes to produce hot water , by which time I'd started .. And then it wavered between warm and scalding.So poor sleep, poor shower.Staff friendly and breakfast good.I'd say a more realistic price point would be around £45-£50.
