Domino's Pizza in Wyre

Extremely rude to my daughter, they didn’t say “hi this is dominos” so my daughter thought it was McDonald’s and said politely “Hello is this McDonald’s” and the worker said clearly not I just said it’s dominos. Did you go to school(time 23:08, Saturday 16 April 2022)

Food were undercooked we were told that we would have it replaced next time we ordered which was not true and when spoke to the manager he was extremely arrogant and not helpful at all. Never again will we use this dominoes

Excellent customer service from James. I needed to order 14 pizzas for the staff at Chris Allen Mazda in Fleetwood and I only had cash to pay for it. Cash isn't allowed at the moment apparently, but he tried to contact his boss a couple of times for authorisation, to no avail. He decided to allow it as it was a fairly large amount, I hope he doesn't get into trouble over it. Many thanks James.

Great process now for covid. Order on app, pick up no later than 12 mins later. Amazing. App works well, change toppings, half and half, shame you can't use PayPal might have got 5* if you could. I presume there are potential cancel or refund issues if they did it. Still overpriced but you know what you are paying so your choice. The two we had were great, consistent due to technology and years of experience.

Firstly I called in an ordered my pizza and guy taking order was polite but had to ask other staff about everything. Clearly the guy running the place’s fault. Next when I arrived to collect they took my card but gave no proof of purchase before speaking in riddles for ages and still not bringing me my order. He said it was a timed order, for when. I asked to collect at 7.55pm. He said ten mins later it will be ready at 9pm. I said I ordered for before 8, I went to Tesco after being told it would be ready soon. I had to ask if I should could come back. I returned and pizza was not my order, it was wrong, it was finally ready at 9 o clock at night, not even an apology or a smile. Pizza ordered correct, garlic bread abit overdone. Could of had more spinach on it too but pizza was delicious, however I would of preferred it before bed time for when I ordered it and nice service would of gone a long way. I would not recommend as fast food should reflect the price, it was not fast and the traveling back and forth was tiring.

Brilliant fast service every time.I usually order my pizza on the Domino's app which is amazing, keeps you informed every step of the making process and so easy to use.Placing an order to collect is great right now too as it's 2 for 1 on all pizzas that are collected.The staff are very friendly too.

Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 were fine except mine which was missing a topping and had no cheese?So I rang up immediately about this issue to be spoken to by a lady with no manners and a bad attitude. She gave the impression she didn't believe the issue or care and said "but the others are fine"...yes but I'd like to also eat today...She then told me it would take half an hour after waiting half an hour already.Then put the phone down without saying goodbye! Need to work on the service.

Asked to meet driver at gate but there is not a gate it's a road as they are not allowed on private property. It is a caravan park open to everybody (They go on private property every day when delivering to your door) It Didn't stop them before I order every week. So told them to keep it. Its not the fact that I had to walk to the road to meet him it was the attitude and way I was told I ain't lazy.Manager couldn't talk but talked to staff and said just refunded him I can't be bothered. (Left the phone on while she was speaking to him) GREATNESS not from this domino's. In the end ordered Pizza Hut for the first time and was amazing better than any pizza I have had from domino's.

I was absolute fuming when I came to this dominos with my partner and two friends. Upon arrival we was looking at the menu as we didn't know exactly what we wanted just yet. The horrible girl behind the counter came at us with a unprofessional mannerisium of... We shut in 3 minutes can you hurry up which this was at 11pm.... Anyhow we didn't reply to that and hurried ordering out food, when my friend went to pay she snatched the card machine with no thank you or anything. And was giving us quite disgusting looks!!!! Then as we was leaving she decided to shout at the top of her voice you welcome like we was gunna say thank you for such a bad service which we payed 33 pound for not exactly cheap for 2 pizzas! I was left feeling very angry and disgusted that you have a member of staff like that! This girl was called Charlotte and I've never had a problem with dominos till now! I am fuming and will never return! Horrible horrible girl.
