Lovely little place, have used it often when visiting KRRs dog training next door. Great for a brew and some cake and the furniture shop is great, some brilliant 2nd hand stuff.

Lovely place to visit and have a look round. The tea room is amazing, has a homely feel to it. Was lucky enough to listen to a live jazz band while having a bite to eat today. Would highly recommend x

Take a step back in time with this unique and peaceful tea room. Afternoon teas, light snack, meal or just a slice of cake and coffee. A Saturday afternoon drive into the country side and stop off at Horrocks tea room. Onsite also their is a vintage shop from clothing suits, hats, dresses and all kinds of accessories. If that is not enough for you after your afternoon tea then take a stroll around the furniture shop. Ample parking on site with disabled facilities available.Have an enjoyable time. Average cafe quick service friendly staff, CASH only so make sure you go with folding! not sure about second hand shop smells a bit odd.The cafe only open at weekends I believe, which is strange?

Pleasant 40,s retro restaurant. Only open back end of week. Only accepts cash, good job I had some on me. Main course ok, sweets very expensive at a penny short of £6. Turns a reasonable priced lunch for four into expensive outing.

The tea room is so much more than that, a wonderful eating experience awaits with attention to detail with the vintage cups and saucers. The service and staff are engaging and so helpful. The cakes are superb! Don't forget to have a look the Dress Agency you'll be spoilt for choice; with an eclectic mix of vintage and modern.

Great food and super service. One recommendation though could be to provide extra hot water with the tea as the pots only get 1 cup out when sharing between two. Other wise a great place to go, with the curiosity shop too to browse around after eating
