What a lovely wee cafe that we stumbled upon at Fleetwood Outlet village. Not realising it closed at 4pm, myself and my elderly mum went in at 3:50pm for a coffee and cake. We were politely told that they were only serving hot drinks and cakes now (which was what we wanted anyway) and to take a seat. We ordered our cakes and drinks and they were promptly brought to our table. Lovely coffee and the rocky road and scones went down a treat. (Mum said it was the nicest scone she’s had in a very long time.) Despite the time, not once did we feel rushed to finish and leave (we didn’t hang about though as were aware they were closing.)Can highly recommend and if we’re back in the area at some point, will pop by again.

We are locals and my wife and I have become regulars at this little gem of a cafe. The food is excellent, the staff are so welcoming , friendly and helpful, coupled with fast and efficient service, this busy family run establishment is well worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Another lunch enjoyed today. Thank-you to a great team. David & Joanne.

Very good customer service. The food here is very good. Pancakes are fresh and delicious. Tasty salads and good baked items. Good value, good portion sizes. Very busy as it's a good choice, so grab a table of and when you can!

Myself and my partner have been to Katie’s a couple of times now and never had a bad experience. Having worked in the industry for most of my professional life I have high standards and every single one of them was met. The greeting and service was friendly but professional. The food arrived quickly, well cooked and tasty. The prices are more than reasonable for what they serve. And the ambience was lovely, well decorated and clean.Couldn’t recommend enough.

Superb place, outstanding food and service. Staff are very professional, friendly and polite. Very clean including multi WC facilities, and disability friendly. There is also a seating area outside, great choice of menu and reasonably priced. Decor is fantastic with comfortable seating and fast service too, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!

We've visited here quite a few times now, and it's always been excellent. The foods lovely, and well priced. It's really well staffed, and they're always very friendly and efficient, keeping the place clean and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping here whilst in Freeport. A+++

I wholeheartedly recommend Katie's Café for a special lunch with its pleasing decor, tasty food and excellent service. All for of us enjoyed the food we ordered. The kid's Afternoon Tea was a wonderful treat for my granddaughter: it makes me smile even now just thinking about the look of delight on her face when it was placed in front of her. 😊 The staff were all really lovely and went out of their way to accommodate the four of us at a busy time. The food was really fresh and was served quickly despite how busy it was. It was really refreshing to find such a place to eat lunch that really does tick all the boxes! 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

Me and the Mrs stopped by whilst having a browse at Freeport, Staff very welcoming and cleaned our table straight away when pointing out some crumbs that had been missed. Quite a small menu but knew that in advance after perusing others reviews. Mrs ordered a full English breakfast which smelled and looked amazing and I ordered the days special, which was a teriyaki chicken wrap with sweet bell peppers and cool mayo, salt and pepper fries, side salad and coleslaw which was INCREDIBLE 😍, fairly priced, clean, excellent attentive staff definitely worth another visit in future, even travelling from Preston.
