Kfc in Wyre

If I could rate 0 stars I would… Staff without hairnets, hairs found in my burger, missed out the gravy on a trilogy box meal… Isn’t the purpose of a box meal to add a side & piece of chicken? Disgrace. The store hasn’t actually got a clear place on which side to order from, which is just strange. The place itself was a dump, and it was quiet & small enough to take the time to clean. Really disappointed, the food was okay apart from the mini fillet in the box wasn’t even put in a bag. Chips were cold but that’s expected by the time we got home so I can’t say much about that. I asked to add ketchup on my burger, yet they fully replaced the mayo with ketchup. If I didn’t want mayo, I would have asked for no mayo. Not sure if it’s miscommunication from the woman on the till (who was friendly) and the person making burgers or not. Won’t be coming again.

Absolutely disgraceful service if I could rate 0 stars I would do. Staff are rude, takes 20-40 minutes to get your orders. Rude to the Uber Eats and Deliveroo guys. Someone who'd been waiting 30 minutes asked where his order was and said he'd be able to cook it faster himself and the older plump woman in there I'm guessing she was the manager turned round and to him and said go home and ****ing cook yourself then.

I can't complain about the food when you eventually get served as very long wait times and no option to order on the app so have to queue.

First impressions are important so unclean appliances and utensils did not impress, and i could not help but notice the girl wiping her face where food was being prepared.On arriving home the gravy was not edible due to the fact it was too thick, and the chicken was cold as though it had sat around for some time, so overall I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Placed an order via Uber Eats just before 7.30pm which was accepted by the restaurant for delivery. App kept on updating the status of the order including the driver being outside waiting for the order. Shortly after 8pm (an hour before the published closing time) the order was cancelled by the restaurant. Clearly a business who does not want my custom or understands customer service.

Food was acceptable. The job is probably unpleasant for the young staff working there, but a smile, thank you, enjoy your meal, have a good evening etc would have been nice. Extremely miserable staff!

Went in at around 230 not very fast the lady who I presume was manager was shouting for food at the top of her voice I ordered a child chicken filet burger I was expecting it plain but when I got it it was full of lettuce had tons of maya all over it and I good not taste the chicken at all and on the other end of the chicken you could only taste mayo the staff were nice but could be better quality won’t be returning for abit

The gravy would have stood up on it's own if I took the pot away , consistency of cement. Chips were luke warm and the coating on the chicken was soft? Is there no management in store to oversee things?

Awful filthy place there was atleast 5 staff on today 1 customer the whole time I was sat eating roughly 20 mins every table was filthy the bins were overflowing another customer eating in went to tell staff a girl came out to change bins and ignored the rubbish on tables said customer pointed it out to her so she moved some of it didn’t wipe a table down and didn’t even look over the other side of restaurant which was also filthy with drink spilt on the floor also.Think the management need a word with there staff to keep an eye on restaurant when not busy as the hygiene in there was zero today

Absolute shambles, walked in at 18:10 on Saturday night to stand in the queue until Half past to then be told was a 30 minute wait on mini fillets because the restaurant couldn't keep up with the orders! Same service every time you go in, not enough staff too many orders, needs sorting
