So did you actually cook my order or construct it in the freezer!?The girl who took the order was so bloody miserable! Not only that she got the whole order wrong!Thankyou to the newbie who was trying to amend this one big balls up.Take some time training some of your staff in customer service and turn the cookers on!

This restaurant has been a failure since it opened. The service is so slow, they regularly mix up orders and food is usually cold.You really should avoid this outlet. Drive a bit further to find a better one

Having read some previous reviews I was dubious but everything was fine as you'd expect.Burger was good, speed of service was good, staff were friendly, place was clean.Admittedly I did order something standard of the menu with no special requests or attention.I'll go there again when I'm in the area

3rd order using just eat 3rd time its been awful, over an hour wait only half the order arrived. Food that did arrive was freezing and looked like it had been dropped on the floor was all over the bag. Phoned restaurant less than helpful just said contact justeat for a refund . Not helpful wont ever use again. Don't advertise a service if you can't fulfill it!

Usually good but we ordered in march and half of our items were missing. Called up to inform them of this and the girl who answered told us it wasn't their problem and that it was the delivery driver's fault. I have worked in the fast food industry and I know that this is just lazy work. Won't go here again.

I ordered from this place through the drive through and they got my order completely wrong I understand this could of been a mistake after I got home and went in and shower them a receipt so they changed it. Yet after they changed it they still forgot all of my sauces and cheeseburger. Really disappointed of the amount of care from the staff. Yet the food I have received is still of good standard

Was just driving past and called in as we were hungry.I ordered 2x Chicken May's and 4 Cheese burgers.Food is basic and can sometimes be not hot.On this occasion the food was hot.The only trouble is, I never feel full from any McDonalds meal...shame really

Nice, new design Restaurant. Hardly a wait inside for food after ordering on the screen even though drive thru and delivery orders being completed at the same time (which at other locations cause chaos and long waits).Restaurant extremely clean and tidy.

First big tasty burger came out cold. The second attempt was just very tasteless and the smallest piece if cheese I have ever seen. Why sell a large burger and have a cheese slice that covered less than half of it

I was the first customer this morning and 4 members of staff each came out at least 3 times and just ignored me. It was 8 minutes late to open and the food and coffee wasn't even hot (my beverage was luke warm at the best). All in all a pretty disappointing experience.
