Miller & Carter Poulton-le-Fylde in Wyre

The absolute best! My friend was looking for a place to celebrate her birthday dinner and wanted a good steakhouse. M&C Poulton appeared to be the closest, but I wasn’t convinced it’d be the best as I had a poor experience last month at their the Light branch when I went for my birthday dinner. So I said “let’s just try again, maybe they’ll do better. The starters are all nice but please stay off the pork ribs as it was all sweet and no sour”.After my experience yesterday, I’d definitely be coming back to the Poulton branch. The food was so delish and the ribs was mouthwatering - yes the ribs!! My friend went on to order them and boy! The sauce was different, the taste was great. The cocktails were a hit too. Also, while M&C the Light said they don’t do anything to celebrate birthdays, despite a booking request for a candle at dessert with happy birthday written on a plate, M&C Poulton did this for my friend without us requesting. All we just said was, it’s her birthday.Overall, the service, the atmosphere, the food, the location and the staff were top notch. Everything’s on check here. It’s 10/10. Thanks for changing my mind!!

Absolutely loved it, me and the wife came for food and I would say it is probably the best steak we have ever had. Service was brill and can't speak more highly of our night. We will definitely be back.

Great service throughout. Waitress was lovely and very helpful. She was very patient especially with us having 2 young children. The food was absolutely amazing, very tasty. The price was very reasonable, I was expecting it to be alot more than what it was. Would highly recommend anyone to go here, we will definitely be going back.

Car park is very spacious, never have any trouble finding a space.Had a very good session, the up section of the lane is a challenge when you give it your all. The recovery down run is a much needed resting period for the burning . Great company too.All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to M&C. 🖤🧡

Food was excellent and prepared in good time to specifications. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also attentive to detail. It was a birthday meal and they made it memorable and brilliant. Wonderful ambience and great food. Doesn't get any better 👍🏿

Food was amazing, the steak was perfect. The waiter Davious was great and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this place.

Couldn't have picked a better place to celebrity our 2yr anniversary.I can't remember the exact name of what we had but it was like a sharing platter .. presentation was second to none .. all cuts of meat were cooked to perfection.. no effort needed the knife just glided through them and they just melted in the mouth.The side wedges were a suprise .. we were confused as we'd ordered chips so thought the option of wedges was over kill .. but when the wedges came out they were a wedge of iceberg lettuce with sauce topping of your choosing. Whoever thought of these is a genius they were a brilliant accompaniment to the steaks and were very refreshing.Lovely surroundings and staff that can't do enough to help make your visit enjoyable.Can't wait to go back

We were a group of 6 adults and a 2 year old child.We were celebrating my belated birthday due to Covid.The food had been highly recommended by others, so we decided to try it.We weren't disappointed.The Set menu was ideal and a very good price.Cocktails were enjoyed by most of us, and instead of a birthday cake I had a Knickerbocker Glory......and it didn't disappoint.The thing that made our visit memorable though was our server Jordan.He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and watching him with other tables he was versatile.He also gained an admirer......the 2 year old on our table 🙊He amended his customer service skills to deal with each table, as he saw appropriate...not something many people can do.The skills Jordan showed whilst serving us, and those around us, highlighted what an asset he is to your company.I am a store manager and i would be proud to have someone like Jordan on my team.Well done 🌟🌟🌟

Enjoyed a delicious meal with my partner here. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Well worth a visit if you want a nice meal
