Mimmo's Italian Restaurant in Wyre

This place is great. Excellent traditional Italian food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. What's not to like?

Great little restaurant. Consistently good quality. Even classics like lasagne are good. Seafood pizza is great.

First time visit. Much enjoyed meal. Varied menu including a large specials list. We had 4 different meals all of which were lovely. Nice atmosphere but a little rowdy due to a pre Christmas works do in the restaurant. Staff are pleasant ad service was nice, unrushed but not slow, great to have a few minutes between courses. Will return ad recommended.

We had a table of 4 booked for our friends birthday at 20.30.We arrived around 20.29 only to be told that our table had been given away and could we come back at 21.00. At first we all thought the chap was joking, but turns out he was deadly serious. I was so shocked that you can book a table only for it to mean nothing. We was very fortunate the customers family of 3 that taken our table kindly gave it back to us because they heard us moaning. The man that worked at your restaurant wasn’t prepared to anything it was awful customer service. I’m not sure of his name but later in the night he said he was getting a flight back to Italy in a few hours. So this information should help identify the individual. Shame he didn’t go sooner in my eyes.Anyway we eventually got our table around 20.30 and after ordering our starters they didn’t arrive until 21.30 which I find very excessive to wait nearly an hour for our starters. When my main arrived it was the wrong ingredients on my pizza so that had to go back. We spoke to some of the waiters about the service we had received and they didn’t seem that bothered or offered any apology.The quality of the food was great, the level of the customer service we received was shocking. As it stands I won’t be spending another penny in your restaurant.

Fantastic every time, great service even on busy evenings you don't feel like you are being rushed. Love the food and thank you for a wonderful birthday meal with my friends.

It doesn't look like our familiar Mimmos because of social distancing but the food hasn't changed... Still fabulous!This traditional Italian still remains one of our favourites, lots of choice, great pasta dishes... My go to is the prawn and courgette, my partner had the steak which was cooked to perfection and we had dessert too... All perfect 👌

Fantastic service from everyone, especially Andrew. We had a gorgeous 3 course meal on Friday Night for my birthday with a few friends. The whole group loved every meal. Thank you so much accomodating us safely with distance and so happy to be back

We had an excellent meal here tonight. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Been here 3 times now and every experience has been positive. We arrived 5 minutes early and we were offered our table straight away and our drinks order was taken. We were also not rushed at all to leave or to get the bill, so we felt very welcomed.

Superb friendly staff, social distancing adhered to very well. Very pleasant atmosphere. I had a mouth watering perfect steak, it was without doubt one of the best steaks I've ever had. Excellent food, highly recommend eating here.
