Awful, would never return.First visit, bought two slices and four sausage rolls.Very greasy and I can't remember worse pastries. Binned two of the sausage rolls. Two ladies behind counter had no customer skills, miserable not at all cheerful

Very rude woman behind the counterWent in this morning (9th May 2022) at about 9.50 and there was a woman behind the counter doing paperwork. She didn't look up or greet me as I walked in. When I told her what I wanted, she was very rude and quick, it seemed like she was rushing to get me served and get me out even though I was the only customer there. Very bluntly and rudely told me I couldn't have a sausage and egg muffin with no cheese.I've been in before and recieved equally bad customer service. Food was okay though.

Surpringly good quality food given the price. Became addicted to their mince pies over Christmas and still enjoying them now!

Pasties barley cooked, still had raw dough, pigs in blankets were only just cooked and smelt awful. Wouldn't even give 1 star

Food excellent, however Covid procedures regarding customers was not being followed, as laid out on their signage. Allowing too many customers in at one time, so social distancing could not be followed, hence 2 stars, disappointing.

Woman staff always very helpful and friendly but the tall man in mid 30's with black hair (think manager) is very sour faced! Think his in the wrong job, maybe he should work in a call centre where you don't need to deal with the public!!

Great food! I have no problems with the food, I think it is great food for the price you get it at. My issue is though that once I went in to pound bakery to get a sausage and egg muffin (which I highly recommend) and I had my cousin with me and we got served by a man that I had never been served by before and I didn't catch his name but I saw him looking my cousin up and down and staring at her as he got us our food. My cousin is over 30 so it wasn't illegal what he was doing but when we exited the shop my cousin told me how uncomfortable and creeped out she felt about the server starring at her. I think that a woman should be able to go into a shop like pound bakery without having to worry about being starred at by the man who is serving her. I am absolutely disgraced by this mans service! I am still giving it 3 stars though because usually the staff is very pleasant and the food is lovely but this one member of staff ruined it for the shop.

Went in today and asked if pasties were hot. Response was by female member of staff we are not allowed to sell HOT food they are warm. I purchased 2 pasties and yes she was right they were ONLY just warm. What is the point of advertising HOT food when you are NOT receiving what you want. I shall NOT be returning to this shop again. At least Greggs sells what they advertise.
