The Horns Country Inn in Wyre

Passed this pub many times on way to other places. Booked for Sunday lunch for a friend's birthday. Had the roast lamb which was amazing, so tender and no fat visible. Had dessert which was just as amazingService was really good. Decor of pub very nice. Very popular place to eat. Will definitely visit here again

Amazing food and fantastic service. The staff were fantastic. Make sure you’re hungry when you arrive as our portions were huge! Would highly recommend!

Usually incredible food but on Mother’s Day the food was terrible. Uncooked chicken, three times. For £25 a head. You could tell they were under massive pressure in the kitchen. A shame as it’s usually very good. Edit: went back today and food was incredible again. They offered to look after us after last experience and they really did. The meat skewers are huge and delicious. 3 stars edited to 5. Thats what you hope for from a restaurant.

We decided to eat here due to the great review on Google and TripAdvisor and glad we did.Sunday roast and pies were excellent.Very friendly staff.Dog friendly.We will certainly call in again when next passing.

Lovely place to eat and relax. Food was amazing. Nice atmosphere and was made to feel welcome. Stayed over in the motorhome in the pub car park. Bonus, had an outside water tap, handy as we had run out . Would highly recommend.

I travel 40 miles from Knowsley to eat here staff are superb friendly and nothing is too much for them great smiles and food is of the best and highest quality - proper food and proper service worth every penny. In fact juts decided going today 06/03/22 superb well down guys for being different from the rest

Fantastic food and fantastic service from the staff. We booked for 24 people and the service was really great. The portions are so incredible, I have never had a fish and chips that I couldn't finish but this fish was a monster!

Absolutely fabulous Inn. The service was first rate, the food delicious, hot, large portions and all six of our party had their meals served at the same time. A convivial ambiance. Plenty of room between tables, spacious even though plenty of diner's. Even dog friendly in specific areas. I would certainly recommend this establishment.

Very nice food. Reasonably priced. Big portions. Definitely be back soon. Great also as we were able to bring the dog with us and he enjoyed it.
