The Jolly Tars in Wyre

Had breakfast here. One mushroom. 2 eggs. 2 sausage. Was supposed to be 2 bacon. If it was it must have been a young piglet lol. A hash brown. 2 slices of toast see pic. That was a large breakfast at. £5.90. I won't be going again myself. But it was ok food came quick. Staff was polite.

Just can't beat Weatherspoons. Good location, nice food and drinks. Lovely and helpful staff even when it's busy

The food is great and the staff are friendly and helpful and very quick with the service.The only downside of this venue for me is that there always seems to be some incident or drama occurring.....I'm not sure if it's the location, but it does seem to get more than it's fair share of excitement.Love the fireplace though....wonderful when it's cold!!

As good a spoons as any. Fast service and friendly staff. Only a 4 star because sometimes the food can be on the cold side but they will take it back and warm it if you ask.

Jolly Good!Following a very unsatisfactory experience in another restaurant, we were in need of a quick decent meal. Went to The Jolly Tars late in the evening. Staff were very helpful and polite. We ordered food and drinks and we received our meals in 10 minutes. The service was efficient,meals were hot and tasty.Thank you to the staff for a great service. As always, spoons delivers a consistently high standard of great drinks and food which caters for all tastes. Very reliable, will be back again.

Our experience was good here on our recent visit. One thing that always appeals her are the extended hours that you can get food when most other pubs and restaurants have stopped serving. Food was good here. Staff were friendly and helpful on our visit. Spent a couple of hours here and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Typical ' spoons, well kept real ale. Good, inexpensive food. The staff were lovely. However, the toilets are are easily accessible on the ground floor..... very unusual! Busy but clean

Nice size spoons good value food and drink. Facilities are good standard. Go to the bar or use the app to get table service. The food is what you expect and has a fantastic range for all meal types and the vast styles and quantity of alcoholic beverages leaves nobody out.

Great place to eat, drink and meet friends. Can be very busy at times but if you have the Wetherspoons app it's a good queue jumper and you get served quicker. Great selection of food and drinks all set in a good atmosphere and comfy setting.
