Toast in Wyre

Amazing! Very welcoming, the food was brilliant and our dog was given a free pupachino upon arrive (and lots of fuss). Would definitely recommend!

I live in London and therefore have high standards for brunch because there are so many options here and I have to say, this place is excellent. Super cute, really friendly staff and most importantly, the food was delicious. Had an iced coffee, the veggie breakfast and shared a french toast (which was a struggle because the portion of the breakfast is great!). Total cost was £18. Highly recommend!

Popped in for lunch yesterday, had the Brunch Hash, very tasty, good service and a great experience. It was quite busy - I hadn’t booked - so I was all set to have my lunch outside on the small terrace, but an indoor table soon became free. Perhaps I should have sat in the overspill area, a very large, yellow, American school bus that was parked up next to the premises. Will come back.

We adore Toast! It was recommended to me by my manager and it’s certainly now one of my favourite places to go and eat. Booking a table online is really easy and probably recommended as it’s a popular location. I love pancakes, so that’s my go to option every time and my partner has the cooked breakfast. You can tell that the food is cooked with care. It looks and tastes amazing. The pancakes are definitely filling, and the Biscoff ones are very sweet, so I had a portion of the hash brown bites to go on the side to break things up a bit. Toast is very dog friendly, and we plan to take my parents and their dog next time they’re in the neighbourhood but what I will say, is if you have a pushchair or pram, I’d recommend booking a table as space can be quite tight in there. There’s lovely outdoor (and covered) seating when the weather is nice plus a heater if it’s a bit chilly. I’m very much looking forward to our next visit!

The food and the ambiance is incredible, once we got a seat it was pretty much flawless. I asked for soft scrambled eggs and they came out hard but that was probably more to do with communication than any fault of the kitchen who clearly know their craft well. My only criticism would be the gentleman with the stubble and glasses whom I assume is the manager, his overall tone and attitude was curt and hurried. We were told there was no space and we should have booked in quite a rude manner, but he came and found us in the car park and gave us a table from a booking that hadn’t showed up, he clearly cares and wanted to help and I can’t fault the job he is doing, but his manner was not in keeping with the tone. Regardless, it’s a must! Amazing service overall and the food is superb. They even gave my dog a pupichino!!

Superb quality breakfasts, and lovely, attentive staff. Very dog friendly - ours enjoyed her free Pupuccino. Would highly recommend.

Our 2nd visit, just as delightful as the 1st! Excellent food, lovely friendly service. Just wonderful and we will be back when we are next in the area!
