La Galleria in Adur

Worst £70 I’ve ever spent.So noisy and disruptive in there couldn’t hear my partner speak she was shouting in the end so loud in there and big parties tables of people squished together tables for 2 were awful against the wall and shoved in the corner with no view just noise.Ordered our wine , waited ages, couldn’t speak to each other for the noise of the parties, then passed two non soft drinks, eventually got our wine then sat without any kind of food for a good half an hour. Food came, for £19 a portion the steak was tough, wasn’t fillet was beef skirt or brisket, My husband and brother are butchers it was not fillet. Small portions and deserts not brilliant if I am honest compared to other places.So busy hard to give us any service , we poured our own wine , couldn’t wait to go really in the end as the parties in there were loud.Left after we’d finished desert reluctantly paying for what could have been a nice evening out but was quite frankly sitting against a wall with headache from the noise.The owner or manager is actually Turkish too not Italian , but was posing as Italian. Big con. Wont be back and there are far better “Italians” around.Unpleasant.

Superb service, great atmosphere. Food well priced and delicious. Treated all family members, young and older extremely respectfully.

Good food nice service. Very noisy and chilly with air con going and a noisy group next to us.Asked to move which wasnt a problem. Lovely waitress. Felt it was slightly over priced in particular the wine

The food and drink is good. Just such a shame that their day service especially (morning coffee, afternoon drinks) in the summer is terrible. We've been several times mow hoping it would be different seeing as it's local and such a nice location but the service staff (seems to be what appears to be management in particular) are dismissive and at times rude, on my visit this morning I experienced a member of staff putting their hand up to me in a gesture to tell me to stop speaking and walked away when I attempted after much initial waiting to request the bill. Very poor regard for customer service

Always a pleasure to eat here, the food is amazing, the menu is a La carte with many options. The restaurant looks fab since the refit with plenty of seating indoors and out, so can get very busy. The staff are a joy and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here last Saturday..its cool and relaxed yet bustling and friendly. The food was delicious and the waiter, a chef in a former life, recommended a leek, red onion and olive dish for me which was wonderful. The olive oils that came with the breads and that was used in my dish lingered pleasingly on my palate. Yum.

Brilliant food, great service and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We had lasagne /penne pasta galleria garlic mozzarella bread/king prawns in butter deep fried Brie all was lovely in a very nicely decorated restaurant,service was good,we had to visit mama’s and pappas and were looking for an Italian.this certainly did not disappoint and will definitely return,just could have done with more bechamel sauce on the lassgne but still delightful

Always loved coming here. It was the first place we went to eat since restrictions eased off and it was freezing! But we didn't care. We were able to go out, eat delicious food and experience a great service as always! We got offered a blanket to keep warm which was a nice touch ❤️ La Galleria Restaurant will always be on top of my list!
