McDonald's in Adur

Arrived here Sunday 3rd June 2022 morning with my son for breakfast not busy only one other customer in the restaurant with a lot of staff milling around. Very disappointed as we placed the order noticed how unclean the restaurant was from the screen you order form to the tables and floor. One Muffin looked as if it had been dropped the other was dry and hard. Come on the staff pull your finger out and work for your wage.

The queue for the drive-in was soooo long, it was Sunday early evening and clearly everyone else who left the beach had the same idea as me haha, honestly took about 30-45 minutes! Staff were still friendly, food was hot and from ordering to window was quick enough.

I like this place, as it’s always served quickly. We came regularly here. Very busy busy place. The only minus is they never have milkshakes! Is getting hot and that’s a bit of a shame. They always forget to give you ketchup too. That’s the reason I’m giving 1star.

I came in to your restaurant today I went to order at the cash desk because I can not use the touch screen and the girl with green hair on the cash till called me rude because I couldn't use the touch screen because I wanted to change the drink with the meal and upgrade to a frapuchino and she called me rude. I'm always polite and courteous. I never had this in all my live. Normally Mcdonald staff is very helpful.So young girl and so rude.

Store still shut for eat in, drive through que is a joke, causes so much congestion it blocks parkers entering and exiting and the free flow of traffic across the railway level crossing outside car park. Dangerous and unbelievable its acceptable and no one has yet lost a life. Car park spaces also only practical if you own a mobility scooter as a vehicle

if I could give it a 0 I would!1. Went through the drive through and there was advertised on the screen a strawberry and cream frappe and I asked for it they said "no sell" not even proper English guessing it meant they have never sold a drink advertised on the screen.2. after going through the screen being asked if this is my order which stated "big tasty crispy onion" got home to a Big Mac which I cannot eat as the sauce in a Big Mac is horrible.If you cant get orders right (this seems to be a common occurrence) don't have a drive through where people rely on you to know when they get home they have what they ordered.Tried calling to talk to someone no answer and now it won't even go through now.Im not the only one to complain about this McDonalds drive through! Maybe they should start taking these reviews and act on it.

Have went to this macdonalds for a long time but today was the last time,I ordered a mac chicken sandwich and customised it for 2 slices of cheese, when it arrived there was no cheese,so when I returned it the member of staff just put the cheese in the same bun with no gloves or nothing,DISGUSTING there was a member of staff hiding under the tables and pretending to work. Will never be back,

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Absolutely shocking, never once received a correct order from this store. Quality control is non existent, hygiene is questionable at best. The level of incompetence is astounding. Nobody wants to take responsibility and the incompetence extends right through to management level.If you have any issues with delivery orders you won’t be able to get in touch via phone.If you have dietary requirements, you’re needs will rarely be met. I would avoid and seriously consider your options before ordering or dining at shoreham, Eastern Avenue Mc Donald’s.Thanks again for a terrible service!

Tbf they barely get my order wrong, but just been given this monstrosity

The MacDonald gave me the wrong order. As a vegetarian I could not eat the chicken. This was after they already got the order wrong the first time. We only realised once we got home. Food is decent. But like who gets this stuff wrong nowadays.
