Miller and Carter in Adur

First time I have been here in over 10 years.Service was very good, the manageress was brilliant.They even gave me some beef drip for my steak cut chips which was a nice touch.My partner had the 8oz fillet steak with fries and onion loaf and I had a bite of her steak and was immediately jealous.I thoroughly enjoyed my food and pint of Estella!

Been here a few times now, once for lunch and twice now for evening meals.Lunchtime menu is pretty good value with a good selection of sandwiches and wraps with salads along with a selection of cooked meals.Their evening menu is very good with an excellent selection of aged steaks alongside some traditional pub cuisine.Good selection of ales and a nice 2 for 1 offers on cocktails for most nights.Service is good with friendly staff.

Great for lunch, they do a superb 2 or 3 course set lunch, or a La carte. I had mushrooms with cheese to start, fillets tails steak sandwich for main and salted caramel profiteroles for dessert. It was excellent, also do try the non alcoholic cocktails, so refreshing and a pleasant change. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is ample parking outside, you do have to enter your registration number at reception, which is easy to do.

Excellent steak house, great food and drinks. Vicky who served us made our meal even better with her vast knowledge and experience. Highly recommended.

We have been several times in January making the most of the January set menu. Such good value for money. We always have a great time here. The staff are lovely and the food is amazing. Highly recommend. Well done for doing an amazing job, wished everywhere else was run to such a high standard.

Always great quality. Had a lovely rump steak. Onion loaf is to die for too. Will be back!

A warm welcome, very polite staff and superb quality food. Tables are spaced to assist with social distancing. Very popular on the night we went (Thursday), suggest booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. Well done M&C Lancing, you made a very pleasant evening for our daughter’s birthday.

Miller & Carters specialty is steak. That being said we were all very impressed with the menu and my eldest son ordered a burger which he says was incredible. Would definitely recommend for a good night of great food.

Fantastic Miller and Carter. Staff were super friendly, especially with my little one and the food, especially the steak was well worth the money. The garden at the back was lovely and clean. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

A lovely experience last night. Good service. Clean. Great food,more sauce could be poured over the lettuce. But overall a good meal.
