A wonderful location next to the river with great views over the water. Friendly service and tasty food. I enjoyed the “Sloppy Joe” burger. If you like cider, they only have strongbow.

Good food, amazing friendly service, value for money all in all worth a visit. Eaten several different times at this venue, always enjoyed the food. The pie of the day is always packed with what ever filling. Atmosphere is always good day or evening. Well worth a visit!

Was disappointed last year visiting and eating here but great turnaround yesterday.Had great food, top service from a super helpful waitress. Nice surroundings.Really happy it's back to its former glory.Lost star for grumpy guy behind the bar who lost our drinks ticket order. Also very very slow bar service.

Great food, fantastic atmosphere, and fab location. Spent most of our Saturday afternoon in the garden overlooking the River, enjoying a few drinks. Got to be the best pub in the area.

Very cosy and clean setting with very friendly staff. They also started a 2 for 1 burger deal on Tuesdays which I highly recommend.

First visit; very good impression of this fine, old place. Don't remove the older features please! There was a mix up over date of our booking, but all sorted with charm and wit.Nearly everything we ate from the generously portioned smoked Mackerel pate on sourdough, to the chocolate fondant and fruit crumble was said to be made in house. One of us needed sausages v well cooked- perfectly done. Unfortunately the sound system was v near us, so the slightly deaf among us found that hard going.Service was impeccable, friendly and helpful. We will defo return on a summer's evening to sit outdoors, overlooking the estuaryParking is limited, so best park elsewhere and walk.

Riverside dining, drinking and chilling. My first of many visits to this gorgeous location. 1st Feb but with heaters and comfort it was lovely to enjoy the view and great coffee + lunch at the Bridge.May have sneaked into my fave Fullers, yet!P.s. Fullers, there are some new eco heated seats called Dragon Benches, they'd be a hit 👌🤩

Two of us attended for a meal this evening and ordered two starters (gambas pil pil & calamari) , two mains (2x steaks) and two glasses of wine.We had the most delicious food and absolutely wonderful service.Would highly recommend.Especially Monday- Thursday when they have offers on the main courses.

Friendly staff and great vibe!I booked here to celebrate my birthday and see family for the first time in 18 months. The team here simple couldn't do enough for us. From changing tables to quick service and great food. The weather was fantastic which created an incredible views across the river. They are also very dog friendly 🐕.

Wow!!! So much to say...Firstly the setting: the garden is a great space, full of character and charm and little warm snugs. Then there's the service: the staff are lovely, happy and can't do enough for you. Even with masks their eyes all smile. And of course it was all about the food: totally delicious, loads of vegan and gluten free options!! A vegan roast dinner, gluten free chocolate brownie and a lovely bottle of Cab Sav to accompany.A magic place that seems to be thriving, well done everyone involved. We'll be back I'm sure next time we are feeling flush!Thank you xxOh and it's very dog friendly to boot :)
