Lovely pub good atmosphere not sure why the smokers stand at the door under a canopy. Just ruins lovely evening walking through their smog. To get in the pub or restaurant next door.

Great place, large selection of beers and ales. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Best pub in Lancing by a long way.
