Came in a while back and have to say great food(Very pricey mind) and a good milkshake. However overheard a young person put in a weeks notice followed by a lot of rude, loud, passive aggressive shouting from someone who seemed to be in charge. Certain to say I do not tolerate the lack of respect used in that instance, so sadly will not return. Hope she found a new workplace that doesn’t mistreat her like this place did.

Rude management to the point they reduced their staff to tears! Substandard service and substandard produce. Wouldn’t be surprised if selling out of date food.Seriously disappointed with what I witnessed. Truly disgusting atmosphere. Should be investigated regards working rights for their young staff and not to mention the outdated hygiene rating on display.* Thank you for finding the time to reply of which I would also do but I can’t see how to respond to your comment.I am happy to provide a 1st hand statement on the matter of a young persons experience working for you, treatment faced, hours worked in breach of children and young person’s act which I’m sure was signed by you and the WSCC before they started?? Where would you like me to post this online or should I just follow this up with the council??

Super cool coffee house in Shoreham. Ever since moving to Shoreham I haven't had a good cup of coffee until now. Excellent home blend of espresso beans. Instantly ordered a second. Better looking from the inside. And to top it off the staff are laid back and very friendly. Possibly the best review I've given.

Great little cafe with some fab staff......never had a bad breakfast 😋 there!! It attracts a wide variety of the local community which gives it a nice buzz and it's also got a bit of a European feel to it, the front tables spilling out onto the pavement and into the sunshine 🌞, and views stretching across the across the Adur river. Situated on the High Street, just opposite the footbridge towards the beach ⛱ , it's also a great place (with the right table) for people watching!

Food was good when it finally came. The coffee is great and the place is dog friendly. But they have way too many staff members, That don't seem to be doing much except chatting.

Great place for brunch. Halloumi and scrambled eggs on sour dough toast - eggs were a bit runnier than I prefer but still very tasty. Dog friendly which is a bonus! Bit pricey.

Sadly not great. In fact takeaway coffee was grim. If a customer gives you a re-useable cup for their coffee, don’t make it in a disposable cup and pour it in 🤦♂️. The resulting ‘flat white’ tasted like Mellow Birds and had zero texture

Great local cafe. Coffee is excellent, food just as good. Great opportunity to take in the view and people watch sat outside 😀

I popped in today for a takeaway coffee. Was drawn in by their delicious cakes on display. However I didn’t regret buying one, the best carrot cake I have had. Carrot cake is my favourite so I don’t give 5 stars lightly! It’s the best so far. Coffee was good to.

Exceptional coffee and tasty range of cake/food. Funky decor and friendly staff. A gem of a cafe!
