Avoid Avoid after having my food delivered I found hairs in my food my food and my other halfs was cold I then later checked my kids food to also find the same iusse I called them after requesting a refund and the manger was dam right rude and told me they ain't a charity and that I'm cheeky for asking them to either give me a refund or send me out food that is actually deaible also called me a liar and that they would rather lose me as a customer of 2 years than be bothered to deal with me I'm sure you can appreciate the conversation then got heated but as for a member of staff to speak to me like that and a family of four now not being able to eat and me having to now cook for my two young children that are on the spectrum and was told they was getting a takeway to now having to tell them they can't eat it has given them a sensory overload I would not of even minded if they said they would replace there meal but nothing of the sort was said I can not believe the standard of service aviod at all costs

would like to say walking into the shop was inviting, however seeing a group of younger generation hanging over the counter including young members of staff that work there on the phone was a disgrace. and then when asking if still open was responded to with a grunt from staff members followed by ‘what do you want’ after saying our order the staff member (who was on his phone) handled our food without sanitising or washing hands! we made our concerns known, took our food and was shouted at by one of the young girls from the group ‘why you being rude’ overall customer service was non existent and food quality wasn’t worth the hassle! never using there services again, which is sad as a few years ago this was my favourite place to order from which now won’t be happening!

Ordered food for delivery at 18.02, told 40 mins , at 19.03 we rung and was told it was leaving the shop in 5 mins , half an hour later still not here, rung again and was told another 15 mins or so, so that's nearly 2 hrs having to wait for food. When I asked if they were taking any money off for the food I was told he couldn't do it.I know they are busy but 2 hrs is ridiculous to wait for food, in the end I told them not to bother .If you cannot deliver for a couple of hours , that's fine , just tell the customer, dnt say 40 mins when you cannot meet that time

Ignore the bad reviews! This place has always been the friendliest to me over the phone at the door with amazing food! Always enjoyed the work! All the other kebab shops I’ve had bad experience with and truely disagree with how they act! But this place makes my day! 5***+++++

Had to feed my chicken kebab to the dog it was so bad and the kids’ chips were as dry as old boots (again). The pizzas can be hit-and-miss too…we only started ordering them again because Papa John’s stopped delivering to Barnham.

This is a very popular good value outlet offering meal deals. The staff are polite and friendly. There is sit in, takeaway, or delivery (telephone or online/app) options. There a car park less than 50m away and disabled parking right outside the door. I will definitely use this outlet again.

Food is fantastic if you collect but the delivery is shocking. Most all was wrong and her in doors waited so long for sauce and salad to be delivered she will still be moaning come f##king Christmas. Thanks Barnham kebab🤬👎

Food great. Delivery HORRIFIC! Not for the first, second or third time time we have had to chase our food. 1 hour and 55 minutes later still no food. Told they are busy and then couldn't decide which road it needed to be sent too as apparently the app had two addresses for us! Grrr. No apologies, no attempt to resolve or keep our long and on their behalf profitable custom. Most disappointed particularly as the food is so good.
