Bear Inn in Arun

Four of us went in for dinner, we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our table, our ordered drinks came quickly, The menu was varied with local produce used when available, the food was good quality and generous portions for all. We were all well satisfied and happy with the experience. We will be going back.

Rustic old, updated Pub, good local beers. Comfortable atmosphere. Beers at proper pub prices.

A lively pub restaurant last night disco night pub was packed food available although we didn't eat would recommend for a really nice pub

Visited The Bear Inn on a Thursday lunchtime, was a lovely place, staff were very friendly. The meals are all home cooked and massive portions. Very good value for money and a really good menu choice as well. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other nice choices. Thanks x

Really tasty food beautifully presented and at a reasonable price. Lovely friendly and efficient staff. Great spacing between tables, really clean.

Lovely place a drink, but an excellent place for an evening meal or function, eg Wedding or Birthday and for a post-funeral wake or celebration of a life. The Bear is the best place for miles around for these sorts of things.

Stopped here for lunch today with my family. Very clean and the food was good. The staff were very friendly and smiley. Even giving my daughter a small treat to cheer her up when she tripped and hurt herself. Thank you.

Wouldn't eat there again , lasagna was undercooked and tasteless , did'nt taste any cheese at all. Very disappointed after seeing some other dishes. Good points were big portions ( maybe too big ) as others all left some as well. Reasonable prices. And pleasant staff. Lasagna should be cheesy and crispy on top not a sloppy mess
