Boat House Restaurant, Felpham in Arun

Ideal place for a quick snack an drink whilst out for a walk,never to busy an there's seating outside.

Stopped here whilst working nearby for lunch, got the chicken and bacon panini and my pal had a tuna jacket potato. The food was of average quality considering the price, you’re definitely paying for the location. Great sea views all round with lovely staff. :)I would recommend this as a quick bite to eat place.

Very dog friendly, cafe, right on the promenade overlooking the beach. We stopped in for coffee and breakfast after a hike with the mutts. Nice food, good value.

Good choice of food at very reasonable prices. At busy times you may have to wait.Choice of indoor or outdoor seating.

Lovely cafe at Felpham beach. Good for families, sells ice creams, coffee , cake and lunches. It was particularly sunny on this day we visited and the nice young man in black who works there brought out an ice cream tub with fresh water in for the dogs.

Enjoyed a light lunch whilst taking in the veiw of the sea. Great place for refreshments after a long walk along the beach.Nice and clean with friendly staff .

Lovely coffee and cake. Staff work very hard to keep outside areas clean and tidy. Not rushed at all.

Staff is good, great location, outdated interior, clean toilet, young waiters very helpful, good menu but the fish and chips was very average for the price, chips are frozen, fish tasteless, batter double crispy, seemed refried, and as per others...you need to clean those tables outside....not sure i would go back really...

We was caravanning in the area, fancied breakfast and stumbled across this cafe. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and hot! Just was you want. We also didn’t wait more then 10 minutes for our food. We loved it so much that we returned again the following day. And the staff were very welcoming and friendly. See you again soon.

Lovely coffee and cake which was a gluten free chocolate muffin. Views to sea. Plenty of tables and chairs even if a little dated. £5 spend to use a card. Staff very friendly. Will return to try the meals as good selection on the menu. Coffee was of a good quality and made well.
