It was OK... service wasn't fast, but wasn't particularly slow either, although the queue for ordering seemed to take a while... (order at the bar after being given a table).Kids meals was 3 courses for £4.99 and the adults meals average about £10, so not very cheap but certainly not expensive either.Staff seemed friendly enough and place itself was again fairly average in terms of tidiness and decor.Food was fine, nothing terrible - we had some kids meals, ultimate filled Yorkshire and sweet potato curry.

The place is OK, they serve food with indoor and outdoor seating with reasonably priced food and drinks. Breakfasts are a bargain, tenner for as much as you can eat with unlimited hot drinks and juices.We went about 9.15pm and last orders were called about 9.30 and we were out by 10pm which we found strange for a Tuesday but I don't get out much so maybe that's the new Times for pubs these days?!

I can only talk about the Sunday Carvery and the Children's burger meal, both great value and yummy.

Could do with a deep clean. Quite poor standards on cleanliness. Food tastes like it's been cooked from frozen. Around the sides of the kids play area was extremely dusty. Any danger of cooking from fresh and whipping a hoover round?

Good, cheap and ok food. I don't think some of the staff could cope with the half term rush. One of the male managers had forgotten how to use customer service skills. Sadly this pub will get the same average stars as some staff members let it down.

Went this weekend while on a cheeky weekend away. Very short walk from butlins. Very cheap and the carvery was a fantastic way to soak up the shenanigans of the night before. Staff were amazing!! Friendly and happy couldn't do enough to help. We will be going back!!

We booked for my sons 13th birthday. The staff went over and above to make it a special evening. I had taken decorations earlier in the day which they then decorated the area. They even put chocolates on the table and jugs of water. The food was fab and great value. Would definitely recommend. As a family it's always been a favourite of ours. We will be back soon very soon.

Staff were amazing nothing too much trouble, they sang happy birthday to our son and gave him a bag of celebrations chocolates!carvery was delicious I would highly recommend.

Lovely and very clean place unfortunately I missed the breakfast wich ends at 10:30 am. Very friendly service so and a beautiful view on the ocean. Worse the visit !

The food was very nice, although some bits of my food were luke warm compared to the other bits (I had the mushroom chicken diane thing), it was still delicious, just wouldve been even better if it was hot. No complaints from the other half with his mahoosive fish & chips.
