Broadmark Cafe in Arun

Nice little cafe , and I had a lovely sandwich, but afraid to say ,I found the prices a little high ,iam not a person who would point this out ,as iam on a budget, but £6.95p for a cheese salad sandwich ,I felt was a little steep,and myself ,a cup a tea,and friend a cappuccino, the total £12.95, we only wanted a quick cuppa,but I felt I better have something more,as I didn't want to go in just for a couple of hot drinks, but the sandwich was enjoyable,but with the price structure,I could not afford to go there again.sorry.

Food seemed very greasy , had the english breakfast .Coffee was very nice.

Nice to meet my friend to have brunch and a cuppa.Nice cafe with an outside area for summer,there's also a small conservatory with a couple of tables in. You could sit outside at the front in good weather.There is an extensive menu,vegan and vegetarian too,thankfully no just a fish and chips place. Tables cleared and cleaned as soon as customers were finished. Good attentive staff.Would recommend.Definitely going to back and have the afternoon tea and Prosecco at some time in the future!!

Very disappointed with my lunch.. cottage pie. No taste and runny and very few peas. Found menu varied but overpriced.. Won't be returning...

Well over priced in my opinion, £30 for 2 breakfasts and 2 lattes. Wouldn't of minded of it covered the whole plate. I was expecting salt bae to come out and serve me with gold bacon!! Ridiculous

The cafe hosted an afternoon tea for 13 of us for my dad's 99th birthday. They were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the price very reasonable. Thoroughly recommend this cafe.

Lovely hot chocolate and i love that you do fresh turkish bacwalas yum for dessert! I enjoyed my jacket potatoe and apple crumple with custurd. This place has a beautiful vibe as soon as you enter you know for sure you will get excellent service with a smile. Keep up the amazing service you provide. Great little cafe/restaurant in Rustington near to Waitrose. Has a lovely little courtyard area out the back which is a bit of a suntrap. Has a couple of different indoor seating areas too. Good selection of cooked foods, sandwiches, cakes etc as well as alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The service is always fast and the staff are very friendly. Really can't fault the place.
