They forced you to order online but you were not able to pay by PayPal. So, we cancelled our order but we were very hungry and sad.

Got a takeaway Dirty Mexican - great portion size and very tasty! The chips were crunchy and delicious! The down side is the price - but that appears to be the case for all Burger bars..

Terrible food! The hotdog was so soggy it completely fell apart, the frankfurter had absolutely no taste at all. I ordered the pulled pork fries as a side and they had minimal flavour too. I also ordered the pot of cheese sauce to put on the fries but it came in an obviously used container as it stunk of seafood and the cheese sauce had no flavour so I wasn’t going to use flavourless, seafood smelling sauce. Would not recommend.

Bad experience and poor service. Ordered a Pepperoni Jack Burger with extra cheese.When it arrive no peppercorn sauce, no salad, no bacon jam so we phoned and were told another one would be sent. We asked for new fries as the original ones would be cold and this was acknowledged and agreed to.After a wait the member of staff spoken to turns up with a new burger no extra cheese or bacon jam but the rest was there.She claimed the grey smear on the original burger contained the sauce and bacon jam although it was clearly neither. No chips were brought as she claimed she hadn't heard us ask despite answering in the call that she would bring them.Will never order from here again, not because they got it wrong but because of the awful way they handled it afterwards.

The hot dog I ordered from them was absolutely disgusting, It tasted like it had been under a hot plate for days no flavour and crumbly.The Burger was below average, it was similar to on microwave burger.Overall terrible will never order from there again!

This is only my own personal experience, many others may have had positive ones. Placed an order this evening, 90 minute wait for delivery, fair enough, its a weekend, I understand takeaways are busier. At the 20 minute late point, so almost 2hrs after order was placed, I was told the driver was "5 minutes away". Roll on the now 50 minute late point, I call again and am told the driver is "10 minutes away", it appears he's been driving away from my house?! I ask for the order to be cancelled, by the time it arrives it'll be 3hrs since I placed placed order so I'd like a refund. I was told "no", I begged their pardon, and was directed to get a refund from justeat. Then told to tell the driver to bring the food back, as they have 7 drivers out and they can't remember who had my order, heated exchange followed and I hung up.Couple of things, no need to lie to your customers about where their order is, if its going to be late, say that, don't give it the 5 minutes away when it's more accurately an hour! And what takeaway service has 7 drivers and still can't deliver food on time, or for that matter know which of their drivers has what order. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and has put a downer on what otherwise was a nice night in with my wife and children.Personally, if I were you I'd avoid this place, and I'd rate it at less that one star if only possible!

The food is amazing, staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend it! Recently I became vegan and today I tried and the vegan options, OMG the best burger I've ever had 11 out 10 🙌

A really nice place to eat, nice fresh food and very good service. What more can you ask for? Chips are very tasty and fluffy inside and burger is very tasty too! Not a fan of salad in my burger but the salad here was so fresh, I didn't mind it. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a decent burger!

Burger beef patty war cooked nicely, bun was nice...it lacks a bit of sauce inside the burger.Fries were nice and crispy.You have to be careful how you put your order at the till, it seems if you say I want the burger and fries and drinks that this doesn't count as a meal deal!The other thing is the taste of the drinks out of drinks dispenser does not taste right, we tried a few, all were not tasting right
