Staff are macificent and friendly, food wonderful, out of this world. Over all a wonderful experience. If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would give it a 10...

This restaurant is a gem! A “must” if you are visiting Arundel. Fantastic food, great service, with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend it! 10/10

Enjoyed my dinner the other night very much. I've only ever eaten or had a drink on a few occasions but it was the first time I've eaten in the main seating area. The other times were down in the function room which is great for private parties.

On reviews of Butlers Restaurant Arundal I booked a table last Saturday 7th.I was not disappointed, a fabulous Restaurant, with charm and character.The food was simply stunning, accompanied with charming and attentive staff it made a perfect evening, we will definitely be back soon, highly recommended -- perfect thank you all at Butlers.

I am leaving a one star review simply because there is no option for ZERO. The service was appalling. The waiting staff were not at all welcoming, did not ask us for drinks and were completely cold and rude.We were sitting across from a family and they were all being shouted at and embarrassed in front of everybody. One of the waiters went outside with the gentleman and shut his hand in the door and did not even apologise or acknowledge it. We spoke to the family afterwards and hoped they were ok. They told us that the waiting staff were rude all night and had overcharged them on the bill. And so when the bill was returned, it was even more money than before. The staff clearly made a mistake that they were trying to cover up through aggression. We overheard the restaurant telling them to just pay £100 and leave, however after we left and spoke to the family, they said they were charged the full price on the card they used as a deposit for their booking. Very unprofessional establishment. WE HAVE RESPECT AND SO WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

AMAZING food, prices, location, and waiting staff. A very beautifully kept establishment which has a cute enclosed garden. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because the owner needs to majorly work on her customer service - really wasn't impressed with her attitude when booking and managing the booking.. but thankfully the restaurant food and staff made up for it and we enjoyed our night overall 😀

Wow! Wow! Wow!We had lunch here.The welcome was so warm…smiles and a sense of genuine kindness. I could see a real pride in the place. That is understood when you dine here. The interiors are stylish….special. The atmosphere is electric…buzzing…lovely “noise” of happy diners. There’s a spinning energy…an excitement. We were shown to our table. It was set out beautifully and we both felt immediately comfortable. The wine list was superb! The menu enticing. The person taking our order was delightful.Our wine was served and poured beautifully.Our food was outstanding.It looked great and it tasted sensational.I had mentioned when booking that it was my partner’s birthday. When the restaurant started singing happy birthday, I realised it was for Jane! A lovely little dessert was brought to the table as a gift! What kindness!The food was excellent value. We had selected a more expensive English sparkling and we’re very glad that we did. Our lunch was a celebration and Butlers gave us something to remember forever. We will certainly return!Thank you to you all.You have got it so right.It was a magical experience.That is achieved through sheer hard work, dedication and commitment. It is noticed, valued and wholly appreciated.Bless you.

Beautiful place, food was exceptional and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Can't wait to come spend a lovely afternoon in the beautiful garden soon. Thank you guy's for a lovely lunch

We had such a blast on Christmas eve. The service was slow-ish due to the chaos. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Booking communication was easy and frequent.
