Cardamom Bay in Arun

We had our first take away meal today from Cardamon bay, A Pathia and a Dansak, both we’re really excellent, very good portions, very flavoursome, many thanks, recommend, we’ll be back!!

We were hungry for Indian food and went here after checking top ratings from Google.There are so many positive things to say about this place.1) Ambience was good and well lit.2) service was excellent3) we ordered a dish outside of the menu and they were kind the get it prepared. And it was delicious4) all food served was hot and filled out heart and stomach5) at the end we were given hot towels to refresh which was a nice gestureWill definitely visit again when we visit nearby.

Bad customer service (for a second visit in a row), one waiter even rolled his eyes about something we asked and we had to flag waiters down to get a drink as never asked us. Prices are way above average and on top they add a 10% service charge. The actual food was average tasting but the shoddy customer service and prices mean I won't be back again.

Order online and charged £2.5 and every single food is more expensive. You should tell the customer that it is another company managed if you order online. What .....

I've been having Cardamom for years and years now and I've never had a bad experience. Always get the order right, always tastes great and the staff literally couldn't be nicer. Ignore the bad reviews on here, they are nonsense. Love this place, undoubtably the best takeaway and restaurant in Bognor

2 of us and the bill was £50. Only 2 main course and a rice without drinks. 1 popadom 95p,Chutney & onion's tray which was refilled from another table £2 and above all food was tasteless don't mind paying but what are you paying for if the food is bland and the service was horrible asked twice for same thing but the guys for in there own world then a hefty service charge added to the bill. Not exceptable. Won't be back again, daylight robbery

Lovely restaurant. Great food - went on a Monday evening and it was really busy - there is a 5 course banquet deal. However, I went for the vegetable biryani. I would recommend 👍

Great Food quality and good serviceAs an Indian person and Indian food being the main cuisine at home, we tend to be more critical of Indian restaurants.The food taste is great and is well presented. The decor in the restaurant is lovely and finally the service was fantastic. Everything combined a great dining experience.
