Costa Coffee in Arun

Nice choice of coffee with milk alternatives, cakes and biscuits on the pricey side !

Just got a takeaway medium mocks. When I picked the cup up I thought it seemed really light. When back at my car I could see why, as the foam disappeared you could see how much coffee was missing. Also the taste was very bitter really not sure if they have changed their coffee but it was not a nice taste. Altogether a waste if £3.50.

Always a perfect brew and happy staff.

The two guys that were working there on Wednesday didn't seem to know what they were doing, both looked a bit frantic and I kept having to remind them of my drink. I think they would have benefitted from another member of staff on with them.

Costa coffee tastes the same all over the continent.

The seating outside is always dirty and is never cleaned.There is bird drippings on the tables and benches.The tables are stained with coffee/hot chocolate and I visit almost every day and they are still there even after a week.On one table there is moss growing..I would love if the management would actually do something about the outdoor seating.If possible, I would like a response from management dealing with this unpleasant issue.Ps,Staff are grate and the coffee is good.

The staff performed amazing services in spite of the franchise not repairing a large coffee machine for 4 daysWell done baristas under very difficult circumstances

Bit of a slow service but fully appreciate this is due to cleaning more and lower staff levels to socially distance

I use a lot of coffee shops for work across Hampshire. This one is really good. Good open space. Areas to have a quick meeting or meet with friends. The toilets are clean which is great. The team seem really friendly and you can tell they get a lot of regulars too.
