Lovely place, beautiful plant's, nice shop, and not too expensive, definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful secluded garden, which has an entrance fee but well worth it. Not very big so compact and stunning. Do not miss the massive Echium in the conservatory/greenhouse. I bought one which had been propagated from this specimen. Plants high quality and quaint gift shop on site. Sadly cafe not open when I visited but tea and coffee can be bought and lovely to sit out in the sun at garden tables prior to entry to gardens. Staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm is infectious!

Lovely gardens, although smaller than we were expecting. We had a gardeners world 2for1 offer so it was worth it. Hot drinks are £1 a cup ,so that's OK too.

Making a first visit to a garden in winter is a bit strange, but we were well looked after - self serve tea and cake. Documentation to explain the evolution of the garden is good. Will definitely revisit in season!

A great secret garden to wander and many places to sit a while and nap or bird watch. You turn a corner and feel you discover somewhere new. The staff made us feel very welcome and were keen to assist. The gift shop was full of fantastic gift ideas and can be visited even if you're not visiting the garden. Coffee shop is self service and inside as well as outside seating. Very clean toilets. Just the ticket for a tranquil hour or two

An informative and interesting gardens, many unusual plants. The gardens meander round from area to area. Finished the visit with some lovely purchases! The photo shows a nicotiana glauca(not sure of spelling) it has an incredible scent so I'm looking forward to planting it in my garden .

There were lovely. A private garden open to the public. The garden has what the owners want but is very relaxing. The plants they sell are what you would not find in the garden centre.
