Domino's in Arun

Took 2 hours for an order of two chicken dippers, a hot dip and sprite to arrive (something that is obviously premade and only needs reheating). Finally arrived with the wrong size and type of drink and no dip. The chicken was cold as well. Useless

Relying on these during the lockdown. Unfortunately the couldn't careless attitude of the staff and the 'company policy' that did not match the dominos Bridport 'company policy'. Ok onions on pizza, that could have triggered an allergic reaction on one night and way too much sickly sweet BBQ sauce, and lacking in the other toppings. Switching to papaohns in littlehampton.

My family and I loved Dominos Pizza.Great Pizza. Fast delivery. Practising the social distancing guidelines. Thank you for continued feeding the nation during this unprecedented time.Delivery Driver Christian, from Dominos Rustington, West Sussex bravely done his job well as one of many keyworkers feeding the country during this unprecedented time. I gave him a “tip” sealed in clean,clear plastic. And, I gave it to him by throwing it to where he was at a distance. Just realized I should have given it in a much appropriate way rather than how I did it. I guess it’s an instant decision I made just to keep the social distancing and to protect one another. Hmmm, bit disappointed if I'm honest. I usually like a Domino's but my Pepperoni Passion was very lacklustre last night. Not sure why exactly, perhaps not enough tomato sauce? It certainly was a bit short on pepperoni.

We have used them for over a year with no complaints. That luck has now ended. The last 4 orders have been incorrect/missing items. The food arrives lukewarm at best. We had to complain recently and was given a £10 off code. So against our better judgement we rang and placed an order. We were told it would be 40 mins, this was due to their drivers having to cover the Goring area too. An hour and 25 mins later I called to be told they have lots of delivery’s and were sorry for the delay. Then the food arrived. It was barely warm and the toppings were not satisfactory. A regular customer has been lost this evening. This store used to be great, now it’s a joke. Don’t bother wasting your money and time here.

This store is outstanding! I have never had a bad order and the deals are great, 2 pizzas for 20 pounds. Sure I could buy them in a supermarket but dominos make their pizzas with love and they always taste amazing.Pluss a great thing is that they are local so it only takes about a 15 minute walk there and back or just 15 minues waiting for it to be delivered.I highly recommend this dominos it’s just so good.

Absolutely appalling, couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery.Order took nearly 2 hours, was wrong 3 times and absolutely clueless on the phone when I finally got through.Complete and utter shambles.Never again.Avoid avoid avoid.

Came here on Saturday night ordered a pizza waited normal time 15/20 mins, a lady comes over and says "your pizza will be ready in 2 mins" I say " ok thank you" 30 seconds later a man said oh I've just been told there's no pepperoni! They let me sit there for 20 mins and then they tell me that! Hardly even apologies service is a joke! I ask for a refund and walk out I was fuming more the fact I didn't get my pizza and wasted my time! Won't be going back any time soon!

Wrong order received twice (in one night), I only complained as I hadn't had a BBQ stuffed crust correctly received since the store opened and had had enough. Asked for them to collect pizza but they refused. I was promised a refund, chased after a week was told they couldn't agree refunds... was promised a call back the next day but never got one. Chased again to be refused a refund. You did not deliver MY order, this is a breach of the CCA act and further to that the customer service is abhorrent, no attempt to listen to calls or rectify the outright lies, no attempt to be legally compliant, not an ounce of remorse and refusal to escalate higher.

Delivered quick but literally ruin every single order, everytime i have ordered they always get it wrong.Strongly advise anyone who is ordering from them do so through paypal. and claim the money back when they inevitable screw it up.
