We went in for a light and clock and left with a very happy 2 year old who made friends with Ella in the coffee shop! Nearly bought our daughter to tears to leave as Ella was such a lively friendly person! Already making plans to return more often on sundays for a coffe and see Ella again! Also the coffee was wonderful!

Everything for household furnishing and decor under one roof. Staff couldn't have been more helpful at this branch. Ordering was very easy and delivery swift and prompt. Good website too, but I like to see it first when spending £380 on a rug!

I have regularly shopped at Dunelm but the service I received this weekend from Jeremy in Rustington was fantastic. He was approachable and very helpful when I asked for his assistance in purchasing a chair. He went out of his way to find out the price for me and was even kind enough to get me a trolley. Nothing was too much trouble and he made my day when he told me the fantastic price :) it’s rare to receive such great customer service so thank you Jeremy you were brilliant :)

Visited the cafe, fantastic service. Two lovely young girls served us, so happy, polite and helpful. Great selection of snacks and hot food reasonably priced. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended as there isn't another place to eat in the vicinity.

What a great store.I went to purchase some net curtains and was met at the door by a very welcoming person called Morgan. Having looked aroound at the vast number of products available I was again met by Morgan at the curtain department who was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I walked away with my purchase after a great experience.

Nice offers on, just wish they would put prices on items, looked at a few nice bits but not knowing how much put me off, I didn't want to carry a heavy bulky rug to the till to find out.One guy in there overheard us talking about pillows, he was very helpful and pointed out just the one we needed. Great service, even the girl who served us was polite and chatty.

Great, everything in stock. The member of staff who searched high and low for the sheets I wanted deserves a medal. She found them in the end. Exceptional customer service.

Lovely shop and the little cafe is good, unfortunately their toilets are not upkept and are often unclean. When I told a staff member they needed cleaning he told me that it's not any of the staffs job.

Just popped in to try out the Projectionists Bar and take a quick look at the architecture. This is a beautiful building!
