Perfect little cafe by the river. Fabulous rapport between staff. Very friendly. Best ever homemade scones!! Love the window display of teacups. Would highly recommend. Thank you for making the experience a memorable one

Central location beside the river with ample outdoor seating. Large breakfast menu and sandwiches / jacket potatoes for lunch. Service was polite and prompt.Having sat inside where you can see in to the kitchen, we felt hygine standards could be improved. Staff didn't wear hair nets or wash their hands frequently (e.g. after wiping their noses or scratching heads).Despite the off putting hygine, the food was tasty and good value for money.

The breakfast was fantastic and the sandwiches were indeed edible! Lovely service and a lovely soya latte, I must say. Would come back.

Tasteless sandwich & panini but Coffee great and staff nice and friendly though. The wholemeal bread was dry and tasteless and the panini flat and small. £14 for a coronation chicken sandwich, tuna melt panini (with sweetcorn even though we said we didn’t want it) and 2 cappuccinos. Don’t often post a poor review but for £14 it should have tasted a lot better all round!

Poor vegan options and dish water coffee served in those tall glass mugs, don’t bother.

My number one place to get my lunch they have so many varieties of sandwiches and paninny. The staff so polite and helpful. And it's a lovely place to visit ❤️😍

The perfect place to have a breakfast before going up to the castle.The location is beautiful with views of the river, plenty of outdoor seating and friendly staff.We had two standard breakfasts, the poached eggs were the best we've ever had, we will definitely be back!

Well located cafe right on the river with a good amount of outdoor seating, which was the reason we stopped in during a recent visit to Arundel. Coffees were of a reasonable standard and the food was good - I had a mushroom soup and sausage roll and my friend a panini. I’d echo what other reviewers have said about service being a bit slow and food coming out to the table as it’s ready, rather than as a table’s overall order which can feel a bit awkward. Staff were friendly though, so overall a good spot.
