KFC in Arun

Used to be the only Kfc worth visiting in West Sussex......not been for 3 yrs plus as disabled! I went here weds evening - staff were friendly & efficient......sadly the 3 piece baux meal was only just average & not even hot, just lukewarm 🙄 the visit didn't bowl me over tbh.....

After seeing the reviews we wasn’t expecting it to be exactly spot on but it was, ordered food, came quick , and they were busy , used a app to get the offers, good deals, I had the vegan, was good, also mega bucket for one, good value, can’t complain.

Never order from here! If I could give zero stars I would! Both times I have ordered from here I have had problems.. stale burger buns, stone cold food, tasteless gravy, chicken with not much meat on, missing items (never received my drink), wrong items (fries when I ordered mash). Then when you try to ring them to resolve the problems they don’t answer the phone after multiple attempts, so it’s impossible to speak to anyone in the branch. It’s completely unacceptable for the amount the food costs, I have been put off KFC all together and would advise never to order from here.

Not a bad place, served quickly, even in the drive through. But the last meal I got 3 chicken chips and beans, I live 10 mins away, the chips were cold, and the chicken was not up to the usual kfc standard. But will try again.

As usual great chicken.. shame ppl who working there must be doing long hours as they seemed ran out of energy. Asked to be served no 1 came to serve 3 ppl standing right there 3 steps away and packing food then had to use the self service then no receipt came out due to an error on it. But it was my day off and great tasty chicken took my anger away.

Awful service, stood waiting for nearly 10 mins to be served and in the end had to call their attention. (Could not use the touch screen as have BLD card.) Ordered one 3 piece boneless basket and one 4 piece, was charged for that. Should have checked bag before leaving as only received 3 pieces each. Probably done deliberately.

Waited for what seemed an age while witnessing the girl who put my order together to put all the items in the bag and then take them out only for her to put it all back in again. Then she disappeared out to the back to get the drinks, couldn't understand why as there is a drinks dispenser on the counter. No sense of urgency or understanding of what the meaning of fast food is and would probably be better suited as an extra in the walking dead! Never mind, food was edible, warm but edible!

Ordered two twister wrap meals: one supercharger and one BBQ. We received one sweet chilli and one mayo, even after asking if it was correct as it was handed to us. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there wasn't really any excuse except the staff not caring or not telling us that what we ordered wasn't available.At least the food wasn't cold.

Ordered 3 piece chicken meal. Only got two pieces and both were wings. Got handed the bag and luckily checked as only one fires in bag for two meals. Got given one drink and had to ask for the other one. Staff are lovely but not on the ball

So we ordered a KFC, I didn’t collect it but a friend did. All was fine except the chicken inside my zinger burger, when I bit into it, had a extremely strange texture. Like it was half cooked and full of liquid as when I bit down it sounded like liquid was trying to rush out of the way of my teeth but it had no where to go?!? But after looking inside it appeared to be cooked. Very odd. Not sure if they are now using chicken from a different supplier or something for the burgers as the chicken did look really flat and lacklustre (well more then normal). However the chicken tenders were good! We don’t eat here often due to always having issues. Seems this is another strange occasion. 🤷🏻‍♂️
