La Cucina in Arun

Been to La Cucina before and have always enjoyed it. I had Linguine Al Granchio as there was no prawn on the menu which I was disappointed about. My wife had Sella d'Agnello (lamb rump) which was lovely and tender. I also had the panacotta which was lovely.

Excellent service, delicious food! Very attentive service without being overbearing. The food was fresh and well cooked. Really lovely Italian, would recommend.

We had my mums birthday here, there was 10 of us, the staff were excellent even when it was super busy. They bought out a cake and sang happy birthday, food was amazing, lovely wine and reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend

Cannot fault La Cucina. Booked for my mum's 80th birthday. Staff brilliant, friendly and attentive. They let us decorate the table. They all sang happy birthday. The meal was delicious. Have been before and will definitely return.

Food and service excellent. Forced to wear a face mask to get in when the requirement to do has been dropped not good. Then not making others wear a mask. Not consistent.

Great food, good waiting staff, lovely environment. Additionally although I am not a buff, I always think a restaurant should stand by its house wines, and I have never had a bad glass there either.

The experience was okay as we didn't book we were advised that we only had an hour to dine as yes I agree it was our fault for not reserving a table but we were surprised by a child free night and why not try this place known for its Italian flair!The food flavour was okay. I wasn't too keen on the pepperoni as it was too thickly sliced and sinew like. The pizza base was a lovely taste and well cooked. I was pleased that the tomato wasn't incorporated which is a first for Italian cuisine.The calzone is enough for two people cos of the amount of pepperoni and not enough of the substance. The ham pizza was decent enough and as you can see no tomato base and my date (hubb) shared my tomato passata as he felt it was on the dry sideThe truffle new potatoes was a bit oily.I will give this restaurant a 2nd chance and maybe try a vegetarian option but guys remember to reserve a table!Perhaps we could relax and enjoy a meal instead of consuming your meal as if it was a food challenge.
