Ate here this afternoon tap diet coke watery and the chicken tikka was nice but my wife's food fish and chips was overcooked and warm! Polite friendly waitress! Male toilets smells unpleasant of urine! Not sure would eat here again as everyone else has recommended it! Not for me sorry ! On leaving the pub I even fixed the broken soakaway grate that was upside down as you drive into the car park! Haven't billed you for that!

Really nice, welcoming pub.Staff lit the fire in the room, brilliant!!!Plenty of people ordering food, quite busy food wise.Bar staff happy and welcoming.Saw staff cleaning public areas once they were free and awaiting new customers.Used the toilets, very clean and fresh. We have eaten here a few times with family and friends and have not always been enamoured with the food, not home cooked and it tastes like it,unfortunately.Great for family get together and family meets.X x

We have been regular customers of the lamb for many years. The last 3 times we have been there for a meal it has not been pleasant. The food has gone down hill. Its definitely not the staff as they are really good but think it could be a change of supplier the lamb is purchasing the food from. It's a great atmosphere in the lamb and its such a shame.

Excellent service very friendly.Very busy waited 45 min for food.Main items on 3 plates were dried up or overcooked.Mushroom pie was hard could not get knife in the top no gravy inside. Enchalardos were solid and battered fish dry inside as overcooked. We would have sent meals back but were short of time.We will not return.

Good choice...good food ...good prices... lady behind the bar could have been a bit more cheerful but she was on her own on a busy Sunday lunchtime service....

Went in today with a friend. Had to wait ages to be served for a drink. One rather sullen woman behind the bar. Food came eventually, we both opted for burgers. Over cooked, dry offerings. This used to be a brilliant welcoming pub. The management need to do their jobs.

Brilliant pub and very good food. The staff make you feel welcome well worth visiting. Thank you to Elaine and the team in the lamb for running a excellent pub/restaurant

Myself and three friends went to Raymond's paint night at The Lamb on Monday 29th November and had SO much fun. We would definitely book again. I highly recommend anyone, who's painted before or not, to go along. You will all leave with a master piece 🖼 😃😃

Been going to the lamb for years, menu has so many items there is always has something new to try, our latest visit we found a plate or meat for dipping. Beers always good and a large selection of beers, ciders and ales + spirts etc etc.

Lovely friendly atmosphere in this family pub, serving hearty meals at very reasonable prices. Lots of little extras like the dog treats and water bowl out side and toiletries/lady products/hairspray etc, make this pub stand out as a relaxed, friendly place to be. Great service, staff happy and smiling......great pub!
