Excellent food friendly staff and super clean. The Big burger is spot on.

Really cheap ingredients, had the breakfast : sausage tasted like cardboard and scrambled eggs very watery and milky to the point of not tasting like eggs. The coffee however was OK. But best part of £10 for a very poor breakfast. Restricted menu so not much choice either.

Not impressed, we got there at 6pm to discover the Little Chef shuts at 3pm. We decided to have Burger King as they were open. The whole place is grubby, the loos were disgusting. There was rubbish everywhere, as all the bins were full. It was quite busy & the staff seemed more interested in taking breaks than serving customers. This is one of the few service stations between Brighton & Portsmouth so there is not a lot of choice they really need to up their game. We used to use this one quite frequently & it was a lot better than it is now.

This place is dying - the seats are torn and the toilets are dated. The food was actually really quite good and the staff were doing their best but it is hard to get past the fact that no money has been put into the business on years.

Really disappointed as we were looking forward to a bite to eat to break up a tedious journey. The food was bloody awful. Tasted of rancid cooking oil. And noticeable cheap ingredients. My coffee was bitter so wouldn’t be surprised if it was instant. Just avoid the breakfast as I have nothing against a greasy spoon but this joint was worse. The only use this place has is the piss you take in their toilet. And it was really expensive too wow avoid if you can.

The place looked really dirty, dusty and worn down. The toilets were dirty, urinals were leaking and the floors were wet. The food was good, but they did not have half of the food in the menu. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The food here was pretty average for the price, and the service was not great to say the least. All the staff seemed to hide away in the kitchen and it felt as though they all wanted to avoid any customer interaction.Once I finished my food, I had to go searching for a member of staff just to get the bill, as I waited for quite some time before any member of staff appeared.The only thing going for this place, was that the food came out very quick. Personally, I will not visit again, which is a great shame, as Little Chef used to be such a great chain of motorway restaurants.

We arrived here on the 30th October following a holiday and just wanted a drink. We were greeted by the manageress who shouted across the room "are you lot waiting for a table". This was extremely rude. She then went on to shout that we would have to wait 45 minutes. We sat down despite her comments and a very nice lad called Tom came over and apologised and got us our drinks very quickly. We spent the whole time there being glared at by the manageress. The young staff appeared embarrassed by her behaviour. Quite frankly she should be sacked. as that is no way to speak to customers. We were not rude to her at all.

Oh my! Thankfully I didn't eat here, just popped in to use the toilet from the connected BK next door. Despite the restaurant being empty of people, there were dirty plates all over the place where they had been left by previous customers. The staff (one of whom I saw pulling out of a disabled parking bay) were just standing around talking.
