Mcdonald's in Arun

Used drive through. It was incredibly slow. Queue was maybe 15 cars but took nearly 30 mins to get service. They even gave me the wrong flavour drink. Will avoid in future.

We ordered food to the click and serve bay, but there was an issue with the app. It said it was an issue their end. My husband went in to order and there was a lady in there saying she's waited in her car for 35 minutes still no food. We placed our order with the very nice lady on the counter and she said if I'm charged twice she'll refund it. I came in and waited inside as well and 20 minutes passed. At this point the room was filled with people waiting 20 minutes. Other than this, it was not busy. I saw a lady walk an order round the car park in the rain and bring it back in. It wasn't until I asked she told me it was mine, despite having ordered it at the counter (not with a click and serve number). This was hands down the worst branch I'd ever been in to, with the exception of the very pleasant and helpful lady on the till

Since it's been refurbished very bad service only one self menu till, the toilets were disgusting,the young staff bless them were trying their best to calm upset customers but the older lady manger had attitude.one guy ordered breakfast waited half a hour and told he couldn't have it now as changed to lunch menu,wasn't.offered a refund but told him to just order lunch!.other customers waiting ages...Not a good start to a newly refurbished business!

Not impressed. Food either luke warm or cold. On my last visit, they had NO Big Macs NOR Choc Milk Shakes NOR Apple Pies ! Just the fries ! I made do with a hamburger but precious little of what I actually wanted ! Avoid this place if you want choice & a reliable In Stock gamble !

Went there 4:20am on the way home, was the only person there, guy on the order speaker in the drive through was very nice and dealt with our indecisiveness, however, we ordered two grand big mac bacon meals, 1 with extra bacon, what do we get? Well we have to wait ages to have them cooked, okay, no worries, get it, warm, not hot and NO BACON, now i'm already on the motorway again and don't want to turn back just for bacon, tried to ring them, ignored the call twice. How you can mess up a grand bic mac bacon burger with no bacon like that, especially when we were the only ones there, i don't know. Anyways, not happy that we paid nearly 20 quid for a meal, and didn't get what we asked for.

I didn't see the inside, just drive through, and that was fairly efficient. 2 order booths, quick service, good food! Easy to maneuver in and out of the restaurant grounds.However, the only downside is that of you and to go in there isn't much parking. Given the minimal parking, it would be a challenge on a busier day. There was a B&M next door with a large parking area though...take from that what you will

Probably the best customers service of any McDonalds around.Can get very busy at drive thru.But has seems to be the problem of all McDonalds in Sussex that I have been too recently: Chichester x 2 restaurants, Arundel, Lancing, Brighton.NO MILK SHAKES SINCE 2021!! Watched a film about McDonalds and milk shakes were the mainstay product sold with fries and a burger.Now it seems you can never buy a milkshake. So the allure of McDonalds and inconsistencies across the company. For me I am loosing confidence in the brand in the UK.

The older waitress/front of house is a lovely person and always very friendly and welcoming.Unfortunately I had food poisoning from here once which I reported. I no longer buy that product and I've not had a problem since.It could be alot cleaner as the floor is often slippery and the tables could be wiped better.

This McDonald's is very busy around dinner times and the cars back up on to the road so I used the app to order. As a bonus I got 20% off as there was an offer on. It's the same food as any other McDonald's. Ordering using the app means you can just park up, park in the bay, enter the number in the app and they bring the food to you - brilliant! They were quick to bring the food, so all was good

Went for breakfast as hadn't had a egg and sausage mcmuffin in a while.... .....must be shrink flation striking again as muffin was way too small and minimal butter on for the pork patties and egg. Tasted ok mind you so all good
