Morrisons in Arun

The food was bad. I ordered chicken Tikka. They gave me chips because the rice was not enough in the dish.

Standard fare, at a reasonable price!

Poor rude service, out of most items on the menu. Do not usually go to the cafe and when trying to order kids meals first we got told rudely the adults meals need to ordered first. Then got told like we should know that the burgers are out of stock and then the next thing we said was out. She told us the long list that isn't available it would of been quicker to tell us what they did have. Trying to remember the list of things they didn't have we made our choices. They also didn't have any fizzy drinks. Water or fruit shoot were the options.

Cafe Terrible... Staff very rude to customers or make silly remarks. Made someone's daughter cry... Need proper customer training, food, burnt cold and tiny portions. Shop quite good. cafe dire..

Poor menu selection. Staff appear uninterested in customer attention. Service sadly deteriorated..

Friendly staff, they can't do enough for you. There's plenty on your plate at breakfast, fills you up for the day. The rest of the menu is brilliant and great prices, can't fault it.

Used cafe.I used the self service machine ordered some breakfast ordered cerial and milk.Staff said : We haven't got any boxes of Corn flakes or milk.I told her are you sure and she said yes. We have none at present.This was very inappropriate answer.There is no excuse to say no milk or corn flakes when actually the shelfs in the store were full..I went in store graves the milk and corn flakes and eat it 8n the cafe.Staff could not be bothered walking 10 steps

Good food but I think the server is called sandra shes very rude no customer service skills with that lady all other staff are great she just let's it down

Staff friendly but everything they cook is frozen, Morrisons butchers burgers are only a few aisles away and are awesome, come on. i don't mind paying a little more for better quality food. Frozen food is not the way to go.

Food has always been good here it's good value for money so not that freshly cooked mostly microwaved etc but good if you need a quick fix plus they do good offers on the kids meals during the week.
