Prezzo in Arun

This is my firts opinion with 2 🌟. As family of 4 we order 4 dishes. Cesar salad not too good very vinegar chicken are dry overcooked. Chicken breast grilled with mushrooms and sauce same situation chicken dry and burn zero mushroom taste frome the sauce. Spaghetti carbonara completely plain with no taste at all apart from bacon. Kids meal was ok because you can't wrong cook pasta and meatballs. I'm fell really sorry to get experience like that. Also waitress manager just count people inside without even cleaning table before sits them.

Food excellent but staff moody! Heard one of then moaning that we didn't tip in Italian.. we speak Italian. Won't return. Oh and we did tip.

The surroundings seemed a little tired no glam the food was reasonable but my pudding was frozen and not defrosted properly so cold and wet in the centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly

Good prices and great food along with an attractive environment make Prezzos a definite contender for your daily feed. Add a meercat two for one offer to that equation and you're enjoying Weatherspoons prices without the dirty environment and rough clientele. You can feel like a king and pay like a peasant.

I cannot even begin to explain the service, effort and customer service. I’ve visited quite a few restaurants which have been classed as higher than this, but this one tops it. Our waitress was fantastic with an amazing sense of humour when we kept asking for more calamari because it was delicious. The food arrived so quickly and piping hot. Our waitress also made sure that we had what we needed and checked our food was okay and confirming any allergies we had. Never been so impressed. Highly recommend 👏🏼

Turned away at the door. We called to book and were informed it wasn't necessary. When we arrived they told us the kitchen was closed. This was at 8:30; an hour and a half before the specified closing time online, and after driving half an hour to get there. Not impressed. We went over the road to Wagamamas and had a lovely evening.

Went here for the first time yesterday. What an absolute shambles and rip off…. Our so called waiter didn’t have a clue what he was doing, the waiting staff started clearing our plates whilst others on our table were still eating, I ordered a tanquery gin and tonic, the drink I got was not this, when I questioned this the so called waiter said they didn’t have tanquery so just gave me a substitute, did not ask me first. £13 for a frozen lasagne that came with nothing……. £7.50 for a glass of wine….

Went here last week for lunch with my wife, 3 year old son and 6 week old son. This was the first time we have been out as a family since our newest son was born. We were a bit nervous about eating out because of this and wanted to go somewhere with a lot of space and have a nice easy lunch. The staff were sooo good!! Despite it being busy they made sure we were comfortable with space for the pram and they were great with the kids. The food was lovely and there was a very good menu for my 3 year old son, which was also a great price, he loved it! Great overall experience, thank you for making our first family meal out so pleasant.

First time going to Prezzo in Chichester, great menu. I decided to have the under 600 calories vegetarian pizza and shared fries with my partner. Salad that came with the pizza was fresh and nice that the dressing came on the side as I wasn’t very fussed on it. I knives were blunt which made cutting the pizzas very difficult and even though mine was small I was happy that I didn’t have to keep cutting at it. As it’s in an old building on a sunny day they had fans going which made it pleasant however going in the very hot sun that we’ve had would have been unbearable. Good facilities and staff were nice
