The Beachcomber Inn in Arun

Food was very average. Mixed grill over cooked and dry. Curry was tasty but rice was undercooked. Service was reasonably prompt but that was all.

This place looks lovely but they lack any type of customer service. Sat down and ordered from the app, food came out and looked like it had been pinged in the microwave. Cold on the outside and boiling in the middle. We ate most of our food and then about 4 different members of staff walked past our empty plates. Normally anywhere else they would be cleared. After waiting for about 10 minutes for my son's ice cream we just left and I told a member of staff not to worry about it.In future we'll stick to burger King

Wanted the sharing platter, they didn't have one of the items on the platter, however this isn't a problem as I would have it without unfortunately they can't do it if one item is missing, absolutely ridiculous as they had everything else,

Jacket potatoes were firstly too hard, then the next ones were cold, asked for them to be heated up for a minute in the microwave but new ones came and they were undercooked too, manager did offer us a free drink each. I'm no cook myself but even I can make a jacket potato, the salad garnish was just 6 little leaves, joke for the price £11 for 2 with beans

Great on Butlins resort restuarant. The staff are very accomodating and ready to help with whatever you need. Lots of space for large families and wait time was fine even at busy times. Lots of choice on menu for adults (starters, mains and deserts) and the children's menu is excellent having toddlers and young kids menu choices with or without desert or drink available. Good reasonably priced pub food. Lots of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink choice as expected being a pub. You order at the bar with your table number and the food is brought to your table in fast and friendly manor.

I wasnt very happy with my experience here. 7 of us ordered food which they didnt have half of the menu for them then to say they wouldnt swap a side for an alternative. We then ordered a drink for them again not to have. I wont be coming back!

I ordered a steak well done it turned up with blood running out of itWaiter told me he would get it cooked a bit longer, I told him I felt sick and did not want it cooked after seeing blood on my plateHe took the plate away saying sorry about that, I feel an alternative meal could have been offered. I did look around for a manager but couldn’t see one

Staff are brilliant here, worth a review just to mention this. Food and drinks are well priced, impressed with it overall!

With restrictions in place its not too busy unless you stick to your 5pm dinner routine. Breakfast is OK but the steak is rubbish. Sorry. All in all good service.

Our first restaurant as we started our short break. The food is good, but a big pity on the cleanliness of the place. The place really needs a deep clean. The carpets were so dirty and stained. Apart from that the tables and the food made up for the downfall. That is why I rated it 4 stars.
