The Charlotte in Arun

Really liked it at The Charlotte. Basic pub but the staff were friendly and helpful. Food servings were good, especially the veggie pie which was huge! Pub is also dog friendly and manager brought over a bowl of water without even being asked. Plenty of screens to watch the footy (other sports are available 😄). Bonus point for Aspalls on tap. Defo go again if in the area.

A popular local Southwark bar - well suited for 20-somethings, and perhaps a bit loud (in the evenings) for those of later years... No cask ales, plenty of loud music in the evenings - no good for intimate conversation - but many love it!

Cool pub with a fun, modern British vibe. Cool outside space with lots of TVs for sport. Food is great and beer is well kept.

Good selection of drinks and cocktails. Tends to get busy on the evenings especially for the working crowd. Difficult to get tables but it has a great atmosphere and well worth spending some time in.

Good bar, open late and great atmosphere and vibe. Has a large covered outdoor area. Reasonable prices.

Really solid cosy pub with decently priced drinks and friendly staff. Great to relax at with friends or watch the football. Had a great time and it easily met my expectations. Would definitely come again!

I’ve never actually visited this place but have ordered their ribs via delivery many times. They’re the best in London in my opinion. Superb. And the chips are great too.

This place used to be good!! No longer table service, OK no big deal but the food is now so poor, refried over cooked moley chips, buffalo chicken burger way over done and that's saying a lot as I like mine crispy! My friend had the roast chicken which came with breast sliced in half, red flag the cook doesn't know what he's doing and has to check it's cooked inside. Also please don't call it a roast when it's just a breast boiled and then dumped in the frier.Two stars because the sole staff member was polite and I would come back but only for drinks.

Some of the best buffalo sauce wings in town. Staff are super friendly and if you like having a beer and a cig at the same time, they have a patio with TVs and heaters.

I went here for a work party. Surprisingly, the food was actually really good on a busy night!Only disappointing thing was there was no table service, we had to go to the bar to get our drinks.3 courses and a glass of Prosecco for only £35, and a big slab of beef welly!
