Am just responding to your response from earlier which I shall copy below.Just wanted to point out a few things.1- We did actually buy 3 of the icecreams from you as I can see a £7.50 payment has come out of my account, so your comment that we didn't buy anything is incorrect.2- Whilst eating one of the icecreams on our way up to the lake we did find a green lump within one of the ice-creams which was minty so had cross contamination.3- Only saw the standard cones and if I had been asked if I wanted waffle cones would have chose that instead, chance to upsell missed.4- I would guess that most of your customer base are people on their days off visiting the town putting money in your tills otherwise you probably wouldn't have a business to run! I have spent 30+ years in retail and know just what it's like working bank holidays and weekends and seeing people enjoying their time off when you're working, surely you have time of when you go out and about!5- to be honest your response shows that you're not that bothered about a bit of feedback and go on the offensive. This was my first time coming into your place and will be the last. Good luck serving all the other people that are enjoying their day off.CheersThank you for your review. We only advertise Vegan vanilla ice cream clearly which most people are happy that at least we sell that. Along with the other 14 flavours we sell we also sell good quality waffle cones if you had bothered to look.I believe you came in very late in the day and didn’t actually buy anything.Like all businesses we are finding it difficult to get good staff but the staff that we have work very hard and should be given some credit that they are actually working whilst your off enjoying your day.Not Chaotic at all.Cheers

Takeaway vegan icecream ,cheap cone only vegan flavour is vanilla, one of the icecreams had some mint chocolate icecream in it so a high risk of contamination. Not somewhere i would return to felt abit chaotic

Came here with my family on Saturday after a busy day at Arundel Castle (which is lovely but has the most disappointing cafe!) and we were starving. Had some great food and bakery treats here. Staff was friendly and food came quick. Mozzarella sticks were amazing!

Visited today. They have an incredible 38 or so varieties of fillings for sandwiches but not one vegan/plant based choice. No offering of rusling something simple up. Very behind the times of current culinary requirements of anything vegetable based without animal content. However, did have a vegan pasty or sausage roll as only option.

Lovely cosy and friendly cafe. Visited by locals and visitors alike. Top breakfast

Had a very mediocre Americano. The bakewell came wrapped in cling film and was too big for the plateThe table was stickyThe gents was tiny. Like a train or plane. It was quite full, I suspect because it is close to the huge car park.Walk a bit instead

Food was wholesome and tasty, got told that my coffee in a cup rather than a glass may not be possible as they were busy! How on earth does that equate? Anyhow it arrived in a cup so all good. Oh and our dogs were allowed.

Really positively placed cafe wide decent levels of inside seating. Also offer takeaway.Several cakes and biscuits offerings tooCoffee was very poor, we had a cappuccino and flat white. Both extremely burnt, too hot and poorly made. Probably the biggest and foam-eist flat white that has ever been made🤷♂️. 2/10Rocky Road was very nice. 7/10.Good service and relatively quick turnaround.

We went to visit Arundel castle yesterday friday, on our way back to the car park we saw Moathouse Bakeaway & coffee, so we drop by. The place is cosey and it’s not busy. Lots of food selections. We ordered milk shake oreo, sausage roll, chicken and chorizo pasty and coffee. The food taste nice. They have ice cream but we didn’t order. They have toilet upstairs it was clean. The area is very close to the castle and the car park. It’s a good place to visit. I want to mention one of the staff she is gorgeous and nice.

Such an enjoyable place and fairly busy much of the time. I don't often get to come here that much; mostly for a cup of tea. A very nice selection of cakes and friendly staff.
