The Steam Packet in Arun

Enjoyed a deliciously cooked Sunday lunch at the Steam packet. Staff very attentive and friendly. Live music venue to . Good selection of beers and drinks . A little gem of a old school public house that your mum would enjoy. Located near the Arun bridge ,with walks over the bridge and to the Dunes at west beach.

Went for Sunday, first time, absolutely would recommend. Roast potatoes amazing. Very good food.

Good traditional pub, only had a drink as food that day was not on offer.

A great traditionally friendly pub. Faultless ale with a changing selection. Home cooked, honest food, to a high standard. Always a warm welcome and a great safe feeling from staff wearing masks and tables sensibly spaced.

We stayed for 2 nights, room was good, compact but had a full kitchen in it. We had a lovely ring meal. ASE did bed& breakfast we had breakfast both days, a nicely cooked full English breakfast. Owners and the bar staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

Had a really good stay. Hosts Mark and Arleta made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Good location, close to beach and easy for getting around. Only negative limited opening hours for pub.

A wonderful pub. Very cosy, welcoming and wonderful patient staff. Be a nice patient customer and they will treat you well and give you time and respect in return.The food was wonderful, a very refreshing experience to eat something freshly made, real food and not fast food that many pubs serve. A unique set of drinks which was amazing to find, new ciders for taste.A pub worth visiting after completing your track on the beach from Bognor Reis to Little Hampton

Stayed here for 2 nights, owners were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, view of the river was really nice, breakfast was perfect, 10/10 for sure

Highly recommended! Really great atmosphere. A warm welcome from the staff and the wood burner! Beautiful home cooked food; tasty and lovingly prepared. There was a specials board as well as the main menu. We had the Celeriac Soup and Moroccan Tuna. Both dishes were delicious. Best pub in town!
