Great location with very friendly and helpful staff.

I'm afraid our experience was a thoroughly unprofessional operation. I booked a table days in advance by email and was told the booking was confirmed. I checked their website several times and liked the idea of meze and wine for a relaxing evening. On arrival we were quickly made aware our evening wasn't going to go well. We were told "we're going through a few changes" and basically the had no meze boards available and only one wine off the list. Why is the website still showing full menu and wine list and why no warning when I emailed request for a table. Plus the problem we now had as all other restaurants were fully booked. Very shoddy behaviour I'm afraid, especially as I had taken my wife away for a break after losing her father.

Wonderfully welcoming place to stay or have a drink. Stayed for one night in the wonderful town of Arundel. The Town House is situated towards the top end of the high street. We were fortunate enough to get a parking space more or less outside; however there does seem to be plenty of available spaces in the town, or alternatively there is an overnight car park at the bottom of the high street.Conveniently there are plenty of eateries and bars within a very short distance. In fact there is a very good Chinese restaurant/takeaway located next door.I would recommend trying at least one of the cocktails on offer in the Town House - very satisfying!

We visited the wine bar for cheese and wine. The venue is lovely but the service was terrible. The place was empty but the staff couldn't be bothered. Real shame because it could be a great place.

What a gem of a place, we were so lucky to have our room upgraded. Absolutely beautiful! Very clean, spotless, a huge room, tastefully decorated, 4 poster bed. There was a wonderful ensuite bathroom with roll top bath and shower. It was luxurious. I had a fantastic stay with my husband. The breakfast was scrumptious! The staff were lovely and welcoming led by great manager called Kerry. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice lunch of sharing board and a bottle of wine. Lovely selection of meats and cheeses. The staff were really friendly and we stayed for another couple of drinks. Great little restaurant.
