As a local person keen on gardening I had used the centre fairly regularly and been happy with it. However on the one occasion we tried to return a faulty item they refused to refund us due to a policy of not giving refunds after 1 month. ( it was about 2 months old and starting to disintegrate). Despite me reiterating that the item was faulty, the manager was really unhelpful, just repeating that it was policy not to refund.

Ian was very helpful advising us on which lawn mower we needed to buy. Staff are very friendly. Downside you really could do with air con even some small units to keep your staff cool.

Adam was really helpful today in loading my car and sorting my purchase so I could get it home and enjoy the sun. Prices with the Jubilee 20% discount were also £50 less than anywhere online which is always a bonus.

Went to a kids jubilee craft party, with lunch and soft play. Very well organised. Would definitely go back for the soft play with my daughter. The restaurant area is nice and spacious. Jacket potatoes were good. And so were the cream teas. We didn't get to look around the actual garden center, but what we did see looked good. Plenty of car parking. And toilets inside the main building.

I really like this garden centre it has great variety and a good selection of things both inside and out. There is a toddler play area that is a very good size where you can see your youngster very easily. The food is very good and not too pricey. They have a good lunch box selection for your toddler or child with a hot menu available. Staff always seem helpful. There is an indoor doggy cafe area as well as an outdoor option when visiting the cafe or restaurant. I would highly recommend this garden centre.

Highly rate this place to take your toddler and have the ability to sit down and have a nice cake and tea or coffee. If I could give any criticism it would be that the till service is really quite slow. But it's all worth the wait.

Good quality of vegetables and flowering plants. Also good for other gardening furniture and machinery. A very useful repair and service center. Nice cafe with in and out door seatings. Place for little kids to enjoy too. Over the past years this nersury has improved.

The food was reasonable, a bit over priced for what you get and the soft play was expensive (£4 pp) when all it is is a slide and a very small ball pit. The garden center itself is good and my children love the exotic pets.

Soft play is great for ages 8/10 months+. You can only pay for 1 hour at a time, which is a shame, but understandable as they probably don’t want families setting up camp for the day. Good size play area with different sections. Plenty of seating and good cafe.

My 2 and a half year old and my nearly 1 year old loved visiting last week. The refurb is wonderful, clean and felt safe as the entrance is child proof. Very reasonably priced. My children laughed and smiled throughout the session! Will be back!
